GGuest UserFirst and foremost, the service is the best I've encountered in dozens of European countries. From the concierge to the front desk to room service, you truly feel honored and comfortable. The valet always leaves my car immaculately clean before handing it over to me, and even provides bottled water based on the number of people in the car before departure. Such thoughtful details. The hotel's location and amenities are also excellent. This is a hotel brand under the UAE Royal Group, and I highly recommend it!

GGuest UserExcellent hotel, the staff in general, both receptionists, waiters and maids are very friendly and helpful, the room is very comfortable, the bed is very comfortable.
The location is very good, very central with all the facilities within walking distance.
The breakfast is small but excellent, very complete with a wide variety of fruits, vegetables and typical Hungarian food options.
The pool is great, heated and with long hours (open until 10:00 p.m.). After a long day it's wonderful to be able to take a bath.

GGuest UserCtrip's hotel advertising cover is misleading! The picture on the left gives the impression that the hotel room offers a view of the Ferris wheel and Buda Castle (a stunning night view). However, when checking in, the front desk clerk told us that no rooms at this hotel offer a view of Buda Castle, only city views. The room was non-refundable after booking, and we repeatedly negotiated with the hotel, but they still wouldn't allow us to refund. So, a warning to future guests: if you're looking to see the Danube River and Buda Castle illuminated at night, don't book this hotel! We also hope Ctrip can improve and refrain from misleading tourists!

JJerzy8The hotel is more like a vacation home. The restaurant is open only for breakfast. It's closed after breakfast. The bar is closed. There's no cafe. The rooms are very cramped. The bathrooms are extremely tight, barely big enough for one person. The larger ones in the photos are few and far between. Breakfast is good. Unfortunately, chlorinated pools are available in the hotel next door, which is connected by an underground tunnel. The restaurant and cafe are already open in the hotel next door, but everything resembles a spa from the 1980s. The location on the island is very nice. Peaceful, with lots of greenery, old trees, and birdsong. The center is almost a 2-kilometer walk away, but there's a bus stop near the hotel.

The food was good and of high quality. The restaurant staff were very friendly and cheerful. If I come here myself, I will definitely come back. I was very impressed. The service was excellent and the location was very convenient. I really liked this place. I would recommend it. You won't be disappointed. ❤️

GGuest UserThe apartment is a straight walk to the subway station, but there is no ticket machine at the subway entrance, so you have to walk to the other end of the subway station to buy a ticket. There are affordable supermarkets, street markets and shopping malls next to the subway station, and there are also two supermarkets near the apartment. The apartment has an indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna, restaurant and bar, and the breakfast is average. The room is big and clean. The small room is well-equipped but rather small, and the door blocks the passage when opened. The bathroom has a bathtub, but the hard shower screen above is too small, and water splashes out when showering. It is recommended to use a soft shower curtain. It is best to have an opening and closing panel behind the door where coats are hung for guests to pull down and sit down to change shoes. Rooms should be restocked with regular coffee and tea bags every day, not just on the day of check-in. The apartment staff are friendly and will say hello. It would be better if they could smile.

Stuffy room . Hot sunny day in late October but air con in room disabled and only heating available, at least you could open the window.
Great location for driving access from motorways, easy public transport or uber/bolt access to the city, €15 parking was the best I could find.

From my window, I could see the majestic Buda Castle and the river — a truly stunning sight both during the day and beautifully lit at night. It made my stay feel extra special and memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Budapest who wants a mix of comfort and breathtaking scenery.
