"I had a wonderful stay at Apartment Hotel Yaezaki. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out — the staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive, making the entire experience feel welcoming and effortless. One of the pleasant surprises was the availability of free drinks, a thoughtful touch that added comfort and convenience throughout my stay. The onsen with a beautiful view was truly a highlight. "Very satisfied with our stay. Room is abit small as the room was constructed out of a container but they still managed to pack everything nicely into the room. Location may not be ideal for travellers relying on public transport but no issue if you’re driving as there are parking lots available for hotel guests in front of the hotel. Love the amenities provided (full range of Pola products and Refa hair dryer!) They even provide a Balmuda kettle. As hotel is located within a park, there is no security fencing. There is a main gate where hotel guests need to scan their card to enter hotel premise but public can easily walk over the slightly raised flower bed to enter the hotel premise even without the need to enter via the main gate. Such setup is only possible in Japan where security is not a major issue and known for being a safe country but we’ll be concerned if this is in another country. There is also no shelter from hotel rooms to the parking area so managing luggage during rainy days will be challenging. But overall we love our stay at this hotel."

"I really enjoyed my stay at beppu tower. The room has very spacious corridors which gives you plenty of space for large luggages even if it's full. and the amenities are great! There's the sauna at the 5th floor which you can use for free for one hour and a hammock/bathtub that you can rent for 300 yen and use it at the female bathroom. The only problem is hangers. They could REALLY fill those walls with hangers. There's nowhere to hang coats. The kitchen is well equipped and the sofa very comfy. Everyone is kind and stylish! Toyota has a colourful and cheerful necklace and, I didn't ask the name of the night staff but the girl had a beautiful flower necklace and the guy cool sunglasses! Everything is technological, new and clean. It has a sense of being well taken care of :)"

"Overall, very satisfied! 👍🏻 Communicating the address with the hotel in advance is very important! The hotel will provide you with the correct Google Pin. Dinner was a semi-buffet, with the main course being sizzling abalone and beef (if you don't eat beef, you'll get two servings of abalone). The buffet had many choices, the taste was okay, and alcoholic beverages were also available. The room was very spacious! There was plenty of outdoor space. Since the pool was closed due to the cold weather, there was also a sauna and a private bath. ❤️"
