We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary by visiting somewhere new …. We were not disappointed in the least by our choice. The moment we entered reception we were warmly greeted by Holly and she also escorted us to The Apartment suite we had booked. Fabulous room and terrace area with amazing views which set the tone for our 3 day stay. In fact, a number of staff are worth a mention from the cleaning team, breakfast staff and restaurant staff ( Lyndsey, Katy and Rachael) Thank you all for your friendly hospitality 👍👍

For £56 a night (no frills) you can't ask for much more. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking is free and marked out. I stayed as I was coming to watch the football at SJP - it is a nice walk into town, approx 25mins. I ate in the Turkish place next door which was very good and convenient. Will stay again when next in town.

Stayed for four nights was a nice clean hotel in a good location thr parking was very tight and questionable but the staff had it very well organised. If I'm up that way again I would consider staying here again.

The traffic is very convenient, four or five minutes to the subway station, the hygiene is relatively clean, the room is a common problem in British hotels, but it is acceptable, what's the problem. There are many TV channels, and there is no way to cast the screen. The only downside is the internal design. I hold a big box in it and go around in circles. I'm dizzy.

This hotel is not a place to stay for more than two nights. They do not clean your room and provide replenished supplies. You have to ask every time you need something, tissues toilet paper milk tea coffee clean towels soap. It is an hotel with many rooms but it seems as though there are only four disabled parking places close to the front of the hotel the last couple of nights the two disabled parking spaces were filled by expensive Porsches that did not display blue badges. Seems they think they can do what they like The parking is monitored by parking eye. Be careful as you may end up with a hefty parking charge from ******* like them It gets very noisy at the weekends, ask for ear plugs and they look at you stupid. Generally they could save a fortune by turning the hot water temperature down and using thermostatic mixer taps. The aircraft noise starts between 6am and 7 am. There seems to be a lot of secrecy you have to ask for menu’s then get told where to get it Be a good idea if they had menus in the rooms.food not bad reasonable price but would have liked menu in rooms Interesting caveats you don’t get a refund if you have a covid related issue or if Ukraine causes problems but they do not have any protocol’s in place about social distancing. The lifts are a free for all and there are no notices about about who should be in the lift . I think the rated capacity is 10 or 75 kg. I would like to see limits on lift capacity and stopping un related people entering the lifts. Three times I told people I did not want to share the lift but they still piled in so I left. One way to prevent this would be to not have interrupted journeys if you get in on floor 2 and want to go to ground floor do not stop at level 1. They seem to be more concerned with their profits than customer safety or protection. You can get rooms cheaper on other websites than their own checkin Would I be going back? ?? Not 100% sure yet but 99.99% I won’t be returning

I stayed for the first time a few weeks ago at very short notice, as it was local for an appointment. Not knowing the area, I booked via Booking.com purely on availability/convenience, but nearly didn’t looking at the photos - I expected a bog standard, dated hotel. On arrival, I was genuinely shocked by the standard - it is absolutely superb. A very warm welcome and efficient check in. The reception and corridors are clean and tidy, and the 2 rooms I’ve been in are decorated and equipped to a very high standard. Bar next door is lively, but I’ve not had the opportunity to try any food as yet. WiFi actually works, and there is ample free parking. I won’t be looking anywhere else for future visits in the area.
