Located in a room with a limited view. Windows come out of the hotel, but it is not embarrassing. On the 12th floor, a classy pool with a panoramic view. The hotel is a little crowded because of the lack of Chinese. Breakfasts are very simple and moderate, but they serve a variety of fruits, which is an indispensable advantage. The only minus is very good hearing, everything is heard in the hallway. In the room sets : tooth set (brush + pasta), haircut, shower hat. Shower gel and shampoo are not single-time, but simply poured in the container. Also updated by 2 bottles of water every day. The location is very convenient, a little far from the road noise, but at the same time close to the sea and supermarkets, various institutions.

The hotel area is huge. If you put a scooter and a car somewhere, no problem. The hotel is opposite Lotus. What’s inconvenient for me is the early breakfasts (from 06:30 to 08:30) and breakfasts are served in a restaurant (not a buffet). They mostly rent out rooms to the Vietnamese; we Russian speakers were the only ones in this hotel)). The hotel is decent, the furniture is decent, there is plenty of space, you can partially see the sea from the window.

Не один раз обращалась на ресепшен с различными просьбами, вызвать такси до определенной точки или помочь положить деньги на телефон - никогда не оставят без внимания 🙏. Особенно хочется отметить работу русского менеджера Сергея Сергеевича. Можно обратиться с любым вопросом и пожеланием. Уборка в номере и смена полотенец каждый день.
 Мы праздновали там день рождения дочки и на завтраке нас поздравил персонал песней и красивым тортиком- очень трогательно 🥹.
 Отель однозначно рекомендую 👍🏻

The hotel near the city center has many amenities that help me a lot during my business trip. I can walk to drink coffee, go to bars, and go to the beach. The staff enthusiastically introduced me to the city's services at reasonable prices, the rooms were very clean and cleaned every day, the 24-hour reception helped me a lot on this business trip.

Accommodation - Wow, the view is really the best. The cleanliness is also the best. Usually, Southeast Asia has a musty smell, but it doesn't here. It wasn't humid, the bedding was soft, and there were so many places to charge. There were plenty of towels. Breakfast - The breakfast menu was extensive and there was a lot to eat. About 6 or 7 types of smoothies and juices? The breads and rice noodles were delicious, and the banh mi, porridge, and yogurt were varied and delicious, so I enjoyed breakfast all three days. Service - Because it was the Chuseok season, they provided traditional bread and cleaned the room while I was in the room. Instead of cleaning the room by closing the door, they quietly came and cleaned it when I left the room and kept it clean every time. The water quality was so good that I could use just one shower filter for three days haha. Additional facilities - I wasn't able to use the swimming pool, rooftop bar, or amusement facilities, but I took a quick look and the quality was very good. There is also a coffee shop in the hotel lobby with a Google rating of 4.8. Pizza for Biz and Lotte Mart are 3 minutes away, so the location is great. There are Korean staff, so check-out is easy and of course you can store your luggage, so pack your bags and travel on the last day. Overall review - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I go to Nha Trang, I want to stay again and use the spa, swimming pool, and rooftop. Haha. It's 5 stars for this price... I recommend it without question.

Overall, a very nice hotel, but there is a lot, but. We are here now and start coming to a little bit of Chinese who knows what it is, good, and who doesn't - it's a roy of shrimp shrimp. We had reservations for a suite 1 bedroom ocean view room, and the pictures on the Capital One travel website showed this room with a round bed and ocean view. However upon arrival, the manager (“Hoc”? On 08Nov22 afternoon) tried to put us in an inferior room facing a building with 2 beds and a partial ocean view. When went back down and refused this room He said his system showed this is what I reserved and paid for. I showed him my prepaid reservation clearly showing otherwise. It also didn’t make sense, as his room was only $28 for 2 nights and we paid $68 per my reservation receipt for the suite 1bd ocean view. While there clearly was some miscommunication in the reservation systems, Instead of acknowledging and honoring my reservation documents, and dealing with the problem between vendors in the background, he said mine were a “lie”! Yes actual quotes! Even though my payment clearly indicated there was no way I reserved the inferior room he put me in. Over the course of the next half hour, we went back and forth, him upping the room type and me showing him pictures of the room I reserved and requesting that room. He even said that I could NOT have that room because they “sold out 10 minutes ago” and maybe I could “try again tomorrow to switch rooms if available”. I then showed him on my phone that Booking.com shows 3 of these rooms still available - and he said it was “lie”, again! So I showed him on Agoda.com the same fact; he just shook his head. I then called Capital One Travel and they talked to him via my phone as they couldn’t reach his office internationally. FINALLY after all this I got the room I paid for. But I was not happy about this check-in experience. It tainted our whole stay here. Perhaps it was just a one off with this manager, but his behavior demonstrated a serious lack of customer service, common courtesy, logic given the rate we paid, and integrity. We question how the hotel could tolerate such behavior and concluded he must have the support of his management to have been so aggressive and bold in his actions. We will NEVER stay here again as a result.

Tough times for all hospitality in VN and globally this year. The team at the Ivy were super helpful with everything. From a quick check in to organizing a rental motorbike to booking the car to the airport. All first class. It is a new hotel and in great condition. I did not get tot use the pool, but it looks great. Room was immaculate and very functional. Highly recommended.
