1. Everything is new. It's clean. 2. The staff are very friendly. They are so kind that it makes you feel uncomfortable!! 3. The location is a little far from downtown. Taking Grab downtown costs about 50,000 to 70,000 VND. 4. The view of the 31st floor roof pool is quite nice as it has a view of Vinpearl Island. 5. Listen carefully to requests. 6. Breakfast is okay. (The rice noodles are delicious and the orange juice is very, very good!!!!) 7. There are no shower balls or conditioners among the amenities. 8. I didn’t see any Koreans lol 9. The drain in the shower room is a bit slow. 10. If you want a complete ocean view, avoid suites when choosing a room type. (This is a side view) Overall, it was a very satisfactory hotel. First of all, everything is clean and new. It's a bit far from the center, so it's a bit far to walk. I recommend it if you want a city tour of Nha Trang rather than relaxation like a resort. I will come back on my next trip to Nha Trang!!

The location of hotel is good and faced the beach which you can easily to have a walk on the beach any time. However, due to the pandemic of COVID-19, the SPA service in the hotel was closed and included the gym and other game facilities. Nice room with partial ocean view. Good Breakfast, mostly Asian but with omelet station. Small gym but no one used it but us. Pool was cold but so was the weather. Windy and rainy. 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. Front desk staff and bellman exceptionally helpful. Hotel room clean and spacious. AC worked well. Bathroom clean and the shower had good pressure. The housekeeping staff were like ninjas - never had a room serviced so quickly. The minibar was never on. Has a lovely pool on the 6th floor but the pool staff aren’t very welcoming. They seemed very reluctant to provide towels and were very proactive about taking them the instant you took a step away from the pool side (we were actually headed in the direction of the towel station). The included breakfast was really nice (especially the fresh fruit) but I would get coffee elsewhere. The location was a bit away from the actual centre and food. Definitely walkable. There are an enormous amount of affiliated taxis always at the front and a seemingly busy “karaoke massage” establishment on the side of the hotel. Where this hotel really didn’t do well was customer service. They were unable to answer questions about their room facilities (we had a small, easily rectified issue that they refused to come up and look at), the pool staff were rude and were happy to let conference guests be extremely loud until all hours, interfering with guests’ sleep.

Stayed for 3 nights at the end of August. The hotel is located across the road to the beach. We had a free upgrade to a slightly bigger room which was really nice. Rooms are new with modern decor. The balcony was my favourite part with views of the sea and Vinpearl resort. We stayed on the 7th floor. It was pretty noisy at night but not sure if it was because there was a Thai market when we stayed but we were too tired so had no problem sleeping. We didn’t get a chance to use the swimming pool but the Spa was amazing. Staff were friendly. Can always find something to eat at breakfast. Overall very happy with the hotel and would stay again.

The view from the room is incredible 😍 The room itself is stylish and modern, with a very comfortable mattress and pillows! The hotel itself is located a little far from the center, but you can get everywhere on foot. Overall the experience was good, but the breakfast was disappointing. And when we were leaving, they started asking us for bathrobes, which were not there after cleaning)) We had to offer to open the suitcase (we had a suitcase for carry-on luggage, in which even one bathrobe would not have fit 😂). This unpleasant moment spoiled the picture, so next time I will choose another hotel.

I booked it for one night, but my flight was early in the morning… I stayed for 0.5 nights~ It was inconvenient when I went out to buy something I needed because they only gave me one key because I didn't have enough keys. If I take the key out, it would be inconvenient for the people in the hotel. If you don't take it with you, you'll have to use your key to get on the elevator, which is inconvenient. The front desk was dirty and not nice. Still, the room was clean, and the location was good as it was centrally located.

Hotel is just super, cleaning every day, replacing towels every day, everything clean, neatly. We took a hotel with 3 times food, we were fed for slaughter. The morning was a Swedish table, not the one we used to in Turkey, but quite normal. And for lunch and dinner we came to the hotel restaurant and brought us food: necessarily a big dish salad, garlic bread, soup and second dish. Finally served fruit for dessert. Every day something new. We never regretted having taken a hotel with food. It's cool)).
