"The location is convenient because it's only 5 minutes away from old and new town, also not far from diffent beaches. Staff are friendly and helpful. The motel is old so don't expect a luxury stay but room size is good. We saw some huge cockroaches inside our room one after another so that was a bit frightening. We'll stay somewhere else if we have options because the cost for our stay was nearly $300 a night."
"One of the perfect hotel. Location is convenient for drivers. Resection is super nice they'll do the best for you stay comfortable. You can get free caffe or hot chocolate. Pool is good enough and there is sauna too (you turn on the switch when you use it so it's hard to get warm actually...) Room is tidy and cosy. I want to stay there again."
"The hotel is located on the A1 road, it is better to find, but it is not convenient to eat, there is no need to drive around, you need to drive out, not far from the city center, the room is not big, the facilities are relatively old, crossing It is OK to have a rest for one night."

"Fantastic location in the Orara hills
The Santa Fe cottage is wonderful with an open fire and cosy decor
These are fully self catering cottages so you need to bring food but everything else is provided including firelighters and matches.
Order your Firewood in advance from the office.
Thoughtful touches like fluffy dressing gowns and a rug for cuddling up on the sofa much appreciated
The Owners are friendly and helpful thanks so much
Only small point is the WiFi (no signal at all at Santa Fe cottage and poor throughput even if you go nearer to the router)."
"Very comfortable stay. Bed was a little old and tired but still managed to sleep like a baby before my early morning departure. Great staff interaction as well. Would stay again with no hesitation."
"I see that the evaluation is less, I wrote a detailed point. First of all, because it is a motel, the expectation itself is not high, and the first time I hope to be clean. As a result, not only the house was very quiet after check-in, but there were no bugs and the speed of the network was very fast. It was very good in the motel.
Speaking of the disadvantages, one is that the air conditioner is very noisy, the second is that there will be car sounds on the roadside, but living in the motel, car noise can be understood and accepted"
"Good place for an overnight stop. The traffic noise was minimalat night and the parking spaces are in front of the rooms for extra security. The staff was nice and helpful."
"Very clean and big place. Only one thing I think is not good is the security. The door security chains is broken and asked the front desk. The front desk told us that no room has the door security chains as it is taken out by the hotel. I think it is not a common practice of any hotels or motels. Hope the hotel can improve this."
"We booked on short notice and was able to get a pet friendly room for a 1 night stay. The room was clean & comfortable. The facilities were very good. The manager? on the desk was a lovely lady, very friendly and a great personality.
The noise was a bit loud from the highway but by 11pm it had settled and only heard a bit through the night.
I think it is amazing to even have a pet friendly motel and I would gladly stay there again.
