Pluses We stayed a wonderful four weeks in this lovely hotel from late July to late August 2022 , using it as a home base for extensive travel around western Galicia. Staff were very responsive and helpful. No request was too much trouble for them. Excellent estuary views on the side facing the ria and partial estuary views on side facing car park. Good, varied breakfast available. Attractive bar with light meals inside facing car park at back of hotel. Main restaurant and Bistro face the ria. Rooms comfortable and pleasant with excellent views from 'internal' glazed balcony with wall-to-wall picture windows. Outdoor pool area facing the ria was well tended with different seating areas. It opens late and closes late by UK standards as it stays light until late in this part of Spain. Bar service available round the pool. Generally, cleaning was good throughout. Staff wore masks. Minus Indoor Spa pool was payment only. I did not use ot as tge weatger was mostly very goid so used tge putdoor pool. It looked pleasant. Was not very big and every time I asked the price at the Spa reception I was told a different answer. It might have been a language problem. I could not see the price prominently displayed but perhaps it was written somewhere in Spanish. Reception had told me to ask at the Spa reception. The dining tables by the pool are for the restaurant menu only at lunchtime. No pool snacks available. However, bar service is available round the pool and there were two or three bar tables with seating next to the ria. Personally, I wore a mask in the breakfast room when not eating. Very few people did so aart from tge staff. I would have liked to see more bottles of alcogel around and disposable gloves to wear at the buffet for handling implements. Everytime I took something from the buffet I popped out to use alcogel or wash my hands before eating. There was no real outdoor area to take breakfast so I opened one of the picture windows a little near me each time to get some fresh air. This contrasted with the situation at the Makedonia Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki where we had stayed recently and where there was a bottle of alcogel on each table and guests had to wear masks and disposable gloves at the buffet.

I don't want to extend a lot and I prefer to be the photos that they offer on their own the reason for the title.Pass this weekend of July 1st and the truth is that with regard to the allocated room (the 3000), The hotel is a very good hotel, and it is a good hotel. On the other hand, I say that when I ask for a wedding bed, I do not want a 3X3 bed, nor two beds together with two beds, as we happened. And I don't understand that you give me a room with a ”adapted” bathroom and a few irons in the water very annoying. It's true that it was in principle for one night and then I called to stay two, But that's things to tell the client and this one who decides whether he wants two beds together.Another thing that bothered me and much is that they allow smoking on the breakfast terrace that is almost completely closed ( with a roof that can be opened, but that was closed the two days with just 20 cm opening ( you can see it in the photos that other guests put) And finally if it also bothered me quite the fact of the exit that they don't ask one who like the stay,or how they found us never It was past.That if they give you a leaf with discounts for future visits (🤐, 😂😉). The right breakfast (if you would improve a look change to the garbage, and perhaps an incentive to take a smile out to them).The Spa, no idea. I said, there are stars.

El hotel no es tres estrellas superior es tres estrellas y justitas nosotros solo hemos desayunado si quieres pan que no sea de molde baja antes de las 9:30 o si no nada La situación bien frente a un puente que va a la isla de la toja eso si llevaros algún repelente de mosquitos de esos que se enchufan porque está a unos 50 metros del agua de la ría y los mosquitos se hacen notar por lo demás no hay pegas Bueno si las camas son de 1,80 cm para personas altas es un coñazo con esta opinión no quiero criticar solo informar y como digo siempre es mi opinión y no quiero decir que haya estado simplemente hemos estado

We spend a night in this hotel and everything is positive. Breakfast with many options to choose and a great way to start the morning. Large, very careful, virtually new room. Super comfortable bed and three kitchens to choose. The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. It has a terrace to have something to drink and chat with beautiful views of the island.
