Second time to stay here. Great location, you’ll never get hungry. The hotel is clean.

Hampton Inn is a nice chain. This one does not disappoint. Downtown Oakland is lame but who cares. This is a great hotel. You're near the BART as well as the major freeways. You can get to You can get to the city in 10 minutes. Great stay.

Hotel was handy to get to other places at a good cost but we were told that the area wasn’t very safe. In the daytime it’s safe but wouldn’t want to be walking around at night.

Stereotypes reception. Not so friendly feeling. Can be better with a big smile

Quiet room

Very good location, very decent breakfast and clean rooms.

The hotel is relatively new and cozy. The hygiene is OK. There are dry water and ice machines in the corridor. The environment is OK. It is located on Chinatown and is convenient for eating. The breakfast is not bad.

First of all, it is very unsafe. This hotel is different from what is advertised. It does not have free parking lots, but free "roadside" parking spaces. The store attendant told you that if you park on the roadside, you will naturally have the risk of your car being smashed. Finally, a combination of punches came: Valet Packing 50 US dollars a night. The access control is very strict. The first time the resident enters the store, he cannot even enter the building without a door card (it is obvious who is guarding against it). After someone swipes the card to help me drive in, he still has to watch me check-in, for fear that it is a thief. I booked a double bed room through Ctrip, but when I arrived, it said that it was booked by a "third party", and the information was inconsistent, and there were only twin beds. In the end, I was forced to stay in a twin room. So I stayed there, but after I stayed there, the toilet light could not be turned on again. After requesting a room change and executing it, I asked for the old room to be cleaned, but the new room was not cleaned for me the next day. Summary: Very bad experience

The front desk was a black lady with a blank expression and indifferent service. The room I requested was far from the elevator, but I was given a room next to the elevator. I was too lazy to go down to change the room, but the electronic curtains were still broken, so I had to go down to change the room. I was already very tired and really upset. This black lady at the front desk affected my impression of Hilton and San Francisco. It was really disgusting. The hotel facilities and hygiene were OK, and the breakfast was an American breakfast, which was OK.
