Good location just walk to subway and a lot of restaurants and shopping mall nearby, room is clean.

The room was just okay, and there was no air conditioning, so it was freezing. Paying over 400 for a room with such limited amenities, especially no AC, is just not worth it.

All Staffs and Personnells were gentle and friendly, on top of their Professional knowedge and skills on their of Duties; in particular the Front Desk Manager or Leader, Mr Tan Shuai, went above and beyond his Normal Duty to provide Assistance ~ We're very Grateful. 🙏

I lived in 5th floor, ktv at 3rd floor is very noisy until late night, the noise insulation not good. Need to renovate so to make guest consider for next stay. breakfast not many choices but sufficient. Room facilities was new and bed was comfy. Room is clean, just the smoking cigarette regulations not being done well at public space like in the elevator, the lobby and the rooms floor. But inside the room was still ok.

The hotel overall is pretty good. The room is spacious and clean, and the amenities are full of mandarin flavour, interesting.
