We stayed from the 9th to 16th June and everything was good. The food was good, the staff was friendly and helpful, we wanted to change our room on the first day and they did, then our remote control didnt work for the TV and the technic came in 5 minutes after telling it on the reception. You have your personal asistent if you need any help with something and you can text them from 1pm to 9pm.

One of the best hotels where we have spent our vacation! In reality hotel looks better than on the photos. Rooms are the same but the main lobby with a bar, the main restaurant and other areas are much more modern than on the pictures. Roomster are cleaned every day, they have full minibar which is filled up every day. Food was great, lots of attractions for children and adults. Really great quality service, including waiters and barmans. Highly recommend!

The hotel is very good. My family liked everything here. All the personel is amazing! Big thanks to Mrs İlkay, Mr Özkan, Mrs Saadet and of course Mr Yaroslav. Everyone were helpful. We will come back for sure. I recommend this hotel to my friends and everyone!!!

Beautiful hotel, 24/7 food and drinks, beach right next to the hotel, there were always plenty of sunbeds by the pool (and free!) and the same on the beach. Not far from the hotel shops, every day there was a show, so we were never bored. The food was good, the service was great and especially our personal assistant Yaroslav was very helpful ☀️ definitely recommend😊

Kriman Arycanda De Luxe is a really fabulous hotel. I visit and review allot of hotels and I have to say that this one rates very highly for me. I would largely ignore negative reviews about this hotel but I do understand that people can have a poor experience in a great hotel. My 2 children aged 12 and 14 and I stayed here for a weeks vacation in June 2024. We stayed in room 1455 which is an interconnecting room with a great view of the pool and sea. The room is spacious and clean and beds are comfortable and house keeping do a good job of making the room everyday. The evening entertainment is great but it is lively so if you are more likely to go to bed early I would recommend requesting a room to the front of the hotel. Its fairly quiet after 1130pm and this was fine for us. The public areas a kept clean and and well maintained and we loved the little details like changing the mat in the lifts to reflect the days of the week. We arrived late at night and were delighted to be informed that one of the al a cart restaurants was open 24 hours a day so we were able to have delicious meal at 1am. There is also a 24 hour bar downstairs on the pool level. The food in the main restaurant is tasty with huge choice of dishes from all over the world and each evening they have theme which helps to mix it up. The service in the restaurants in top notch and I want to make special mention to Maia from Kazakhstan who looked after us really well and to Gaya who was always there to look after us in the pool bar and restaurant. There are lots of choices in terms of restaurants for dining. The Cocktail barmen in the lobby bar are really good and I think I over did it on the Pornstar Martinis. There are plenty of other bars around the pool areas and near the beach. The pool is super with plenty of sun loungers and loads more down on the beach. The waiters are very attentive and will bring drinks to your lounger. The pools are huge and very clean and the water temperature is perfect. Towels are provided by the hotel, which can be collected in the spa as you walk out to the pools. This is an especially great hotel for families with small children as there is great kids area and plenty of safe shallow pools as well. We loved daily entertainment by the pool, the Fun team were great, especially 'superman' who organised the darts twice a day, and helped everyone have a great time in the evenings. I cant really say enough good things about this hotel, Yaroslav and his team did everything they could to make this a very special holiday for me and my kids. I would highly recommend booking a holiday at this hotel, you will have a really lovely time.

First time to Turkey so no benchmark to compare with. The hotel was beautiful, the grounds were always clean and immaculate. The clearers work very hard to keep the place clean and tidy. I went with my 11 year old son, he loved it. Different restaurants to eat every night (book early). Pool and slides were great, no sun bed issues. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Ugar who worked in the main restaurant, lovely person and very helpful. The entertainment was great. The downstairs bar near the outdoor entrance was the best for cocktails and bottles lagers. The entertainment staff did their best, especially superman, he was a great laugh especially during the darts games. I would certainly recommend trying this hotel, it’s really nice. The only negative is they wanted 70 euros for a bunch of flowers for my wives birthday. Bit pricy I think for 4 roses. Still got her a cake and made the dinner table special. We would recommend to everyone. Just the flight time and transfer time was a killer compared to Spain, but still had an amazing time. Thank you Paul, Vic and Leighton Warrington

Thank you for a wonderful holiday to the Kirma Arycanda team.We lived in Kirman Arycanda from 25.05.-01.06. This hotel is the one where I will return again with my family! 1) very kind staff throughout the hotel! 2) we arrived at the hotel at 10:30. Within 15 minutes we were able to settle into the room. 3) the reception employee gave my daughter a bag with a children's coloring book, pencils and a wooden puzzle (personalized by the hotel) 4) personal assistant Mika. Showed the hotel area, explained everything where it is, how it works. She was very helpful, responsive, solved all problems even after her working hours. Thank you 5) rooms in modern design, clean! Everything you need - soaps, shampoos, hair conditioners, toothpaste, toothbrushes, body lotions, nail files, razor + shaving foam...etc. + bathrobes. 6) the mini bar was replenished every day - water, mineral water, beer, cola, fanta, children's juices, chips, waffles in chocolate. 7) Day and evening animation. Thoughtful. Quality shows. 8) mini club - children's entertainment program every day. Children can stay safe all day. There is a buffet on site, and if the child needs a nap or wants to relax...there is a room with a bed on site. 9) food - it was very tasty and of high quality in all catering places (also well prepared) 10) drinks - imported and very delicious cocktails. A cocktail master class is held every evening in the lobby bar. Where the bartender introduced the name of the cocktail, the ingredients and told each part of the cocktail. Thanks to every bartender. 11)Waiters on roller skates...wow, guys you are amazinge. I want to thank every employee for the wonderful holidays! Kirman Arycanda really impressed me with the high class service.

We arrived at night, Family, 3 persons. Everyone was exhausted. On Reception guy said that they are full, no rooms (it was a lie ! About half of sea rooms was free) and the only room is available is VERY SMALL (THERE IS NO SUCH PHOTOS OF THIS ROOMS IN TRIPADVISOR) LAND VIEW ROOM WITH ONE BAD (RECALL - FULL FAMILY) AND THE ROOM ITSELF WAS UNTIDY AND DIRTY (EVEN .TRASH WAS FULL). We had no choice ! It was very hard to sleep for Daughter since the room was right in front of the road, very loud ! Before we was in Crystal Admiral and even in a such cheap hotel rooms was MUCH better ! Right now, Kirman tell us, that it costs 30$ more per night for another room ! No more power to write a review, our vacation failed...
