NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! ONLY STAYED ONE NIGHT ROOMS ARE SO DISGUSTING AND BROKEN DOWN HAD TO SWITCH ROOM TWICE THEN WHEN I WENT TO FRONT DESK TO SPEAK WITH MANAGEMENT THE STAFF TOLD ME I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE ROOMS THEN WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE DESK TO GET A ROOM KEY SHE THREATENED TO CALL POLICE AS SOON AS I WALK UP WHEN I TOLD HER I ONLY NEEDED A KEY SHE GAVE ME ONE BUT DIDNT APOLOGIZE FOR HER BEHAVIOR

Hotel room is very basic, the rugs are dirty (or look that way, it’s impossible to know for sure), the bed is nice and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. Breakfast is so so, nothing special. The staff is friendly. Location is excellent with tons of places to eat right outside.

The location of the hotel is fair. It is about 30 minutes to the Convention Center by foot. There is not much services. You can call the hotel to give more shampoo or clean the room. Otherwise, they will not do it.

Kicked us out because a house keeper lied and said we were smoking in the room terrible service and threatened to call the police on us if we weren’t out within 20 minutes

Clean and tidy, good service, convenient to travel, many recreational facilities around

Take public transportation from the International Boulevard shopping mall to a clean and comfortable place to spend the night

Honestly this property has downgraded: when I first arrive the room that I was given was totally covered with a white substance and I was greeted by a roach. The second room that I was placed in television did not work. The third and final room I was moved too did not have any internet access. Honestly I will not be returning but I must say the front desk lady tried her best but only so much she can do. I was promised a partial refund from management and that is still outstanding.

There was some kind of bugs in the bed that were attracted to my husband and kept him upset and he wasn't able to sleep. There wasn't any water pressure at all.

This property needs major updates to its rooms felt like a Motel 6 from 20yrs ago. Water stains on ceiling, stains on walls, sheets & furniture.

When I got at the hotel 2 hours early after 12h flight, expecting pay for early check in, there was 2 guest waiting to be checked in the front desk, and the bearded bald staff literally just screamed to all of us saying, “ there’s no empty room at this time, if you’re checking out leave the keys, if you’re check in come back later”. The hotel was empty, staff totally lazy to make one call to the room cleaners and figure it out. When I got into my room later, found hairs in my bed, dirty bathtub, fridge rusty and ice compar**ent full. Smells like cigarette even though it was a non smoking room, for the price it was a poor place to stay.

Rooms looks so dull and old, faced issue with bathroom. No water pressure and no hot water in shower. The faucet in the bathtub not working. When you want to take a hot shower after a long and tired day, you found cold water on tap.

Our room was amazing! We had a room with a king size bed and a huge bathroom. Looked like it may be a bathroom to accommodate those with wheelchairs. I was amazed with how many people showed up for breakfast... didn't realize they had breakfast until I got there! My only hang ups were that the Internet wasn't working at the time, we almost had no TV, and the remote was partially broken. 5 stars all around!

Older property with some cosmetic issues, but more affordable than others within a few blocks. Suited my needs perfectly. Great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would stay here again.

It shouldn’t be called a hotel but a motel. It’s located in a good area but I wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.
