Very beautiful hotel and nice service I always rest here every time that come to Osaka.

We were affected by the recent Typhoon Lan which hit Osaka and we were not able to make it to the first night of our accommodation (all Shinkansen trains and flights were cancelled). Unfortunately despite our pleas and given the circumstances, the Crowne Plaza reservations Team were unwilling to provide any form of refund for that first night. Simply replying ‘it doesn’t matter, the price is non refundable’. I will be sure in future, never to stay or recommend a Crowne Plaza hotel again given their lack of empathy.

Noisy rooms , closer subway is 15 mjn walk . Staff was very polite and helpful .

Good place

To be honest, it is not suitable for family accommodation. There is no family a**osphere. It is a modern and simple style and is more suitable for business people. It takes 10 minutes to walk from Umeda shopping district, and the city scenery along the way is quite good. But if you go shopping in Umeda, you can choose a hotel that is close by and has a higher cost performance.

It's an older hotel, everything looks old, and it's a bit far from the surrounding subway stations. It's just a decent place to stay.

Traveling from China to Osaka, I stayed here for one night. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The rooftop lounge environment is very good. The breakfast and cocktail time dishes are rich and the wine is good. The hotel is overall satisfactory.

It looks shabby, with some dust on the cabinets, not as clean as our previous one. The space is much larger than local hotels. There is an elevated road next to it, but no noise can be heard, and the sound insulation effect is very good. But it's a bit far from Umeda Station, about 13 minutes' walk, and about 7 minutes from the subway station, and there are no big shopping malls nearby. The city tax was not stated on the page when booking the room, but it was paid when checking out. The previous company didn't mention the city tax when they booked the room, and didn't say that they had to pay it when they checked out. There is an additional charge for swimming in the key swimming pool, which seems relatively rare. This hotel feels very average, and I will not stay here again in the future.

I just want to tell my compatriots in China that I still need to carefully check whether my room is correct. In addition, this hotel has different breakfast places for different room grades. The breakfast in the common room is on the first floor, and the better one is on the top floor

The hotel is relatively close to Osaka Station, about 10 minutes on foot, and the scenery by the river is better. The room is relatively large, spacious and clean. Before the epidemic, there was a free shuttle bus to Osaka Station, but after the epidemic, there is no more. The Western-style breakfast is quite satisfactory and ok.

The hotel service is very good, typical Japanese service, which makes people happy. Next door is Kitashinchi, a nightlife destination.
