This was my first time using a private lodging, and I was rather dissatisfied with the facilities. I guess it's fine if you understand that it's just a place to sleep.
There's a convenience store next door, and the JR East line is right in front, so it's easy to get to Shin-Osaka.

It's worth the price.
Good points
There are some things to be concerned about, such as graffiti on the elevator saying "Kill me," food left in the fridge by guests from the previous night, and the overflowing trash dump in front of the building, but the location so close to the station solves all of that.

It's dirty anyway.
I had the impression that it would be like a home hotel in Hiroshima, but when I stayed there it was completely different. Once you experience it, you'll never experience it again.
