This was a comfortable, family friendly and convenient hotel. I’m glad I chose it for my family this trip to Osaka. Only one thing I would ask for is a sofa or a couple more comfortable seat in the room to watch TV with.

This apar**ent hotel is definitely one of the best I’ve ever stayed with great value. Very very spacious and you will have every amenity you need. I can’t wait to come and stay again!

Location, room and amenities are pretty much as expected from earlier research. What came as the biggest surprise was during.my 5 nights stay, there was no room clean, no towel change, in fact I have not run into a single staff during my stay. I didn't expect much in terms of service, but I didn't expect none at all, even the check in process was done via email.

Huge apar**ent hotel and location is close to metro 😊
Very convenient with lots of minimarts.
Big plus point for the closeness to shopping places 👍🏻

Very recommended! Suitable for parents or families! Super big! It's also suitable for friends, as it has a microwave, bathtub, washing machine, and large balcony.

Transportation: A two-minute walk to Daikokucho Station, very convenient for going to Namba or Abeno
Overall: Probably the largest room we have ever stayed in in Japan, with impeccable privacy and convenience, and convenience stores and restaurants are all at the door
Environment: Complete facilities, quiet in a busy area, and a good rest in these few nights in Osaka
Service: Emails were replied very promptly, and there was no sense of being unable to contact people after going abroad
My evaluation is that I will recommend this store to anyone who comes to Osaka

The room is very spacious and can be spread out with 4 suitcases. It is quite clean. The only drawback is that the electrical appliances are not very functional and have no maintenance.
