Hotel Keihan Universal Tower Reviews

I stayed in Hotel Keihan Universal Tower for 6 nights. In 29th afternoon, the staff (of the concierge near the toilet), Fang or Feng, was very helpful. She told me how to go to World Expo with details. She also showed me the metro map and station. However, on Jun 30th 8:30am, my daughter asked a female staff (of the concierge near the toilet) for a piece of A4 paper. The staff did not know what my daughter saying. Her English need to be improved. Later, she told my daughter the paper was not free of charge! I couldn't believe I spent more than US$1500 for 6 nights of stay but couldn't get a piece of A4 paper for free!! At last, I asked a male staff in check-in counter and he gave me a piece of A4 paper immediately, without charge! The room was pretty small. There was no table for writing, only a small round table without proper writing chair. The room was very clean. The air-conditioning was excellent and quiet! The breakfast was just ok, not delicious enough, could be improved. The staff English were pretty bad, need to be improved too!! I think we need a gym too! At last, the view of the buffet restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend

Very good location and convenient to go to Universal with lots of restaurants around. Buffer breakfast on 3/F is good. Buffer dinner on 32/F : more options can be provided, for example, sushi options. And refill can be quicker. But overall is good for this price. Hot spring is good with great view. Highly recommended!

Hotel members are all very friendly and helpful. We had forgotten our kids blanket in hotel room and they manage to find it and help to send back to our country with postage cost. 👍🏻 Hotel breakfast so so. But there are many variety at theor city walk.

Happy about this hotel stay. The staff are warm friendly and professional. Had a problem with the locker as, we can't lock it after we opened it, so had to ask the staff an old man for which he listened carefully to the problem and smiled and said oh stuck and gave a coin to lock it again. Also the reception crew made a mistake for stamping our breakfast coupons on a different day, and they managed to change it and apologized.

Love the location, next to train station and amongst all the shops and restaurants. Short walk to Hard Rock and USJ. Would love to be back.

I really love the hotel. Location was perfect to go USJ. Staff was friendly and really had a pleasant stay here even though it was just for one night. I would have booked more nights!

Great and spacious room for 4 pax. You can see the entire USJ from our window and literally beside the USJ station. They had complimentary drinks upon check in. Very polite and helpful receptionist. Their breakfast serves beef steak and soft serve ice cream! And my favorite Japanese scrambled eggs! Yumm! Oh they also provided pajamas which are comfy! Arigato gozaimas🙏 highly recommended!

Really recommended! The hotel is within the Studio City walk, close to other USJ hotels. When you walk out the ground floor, there is family mart, Starbucks, gap outlet, USJ merchandise and souvenirs (don't really have to buy when you are in USJ, can buy later). The amenities are perfect. Within the floor, there is a microwave, laundry, cutleries, water and ice. The room can be warm if u turn on the heater. It's great they have humidifier..relief the room abit. I love the service too! The security person is also super nice and hospitality is top notch.

A good USJ partner hotel. Very close to JR station and USJ entry gate with a lot of restaurants and convenient store around. Good room facilities and clean.

The best one of hotel from my family summer trip, it is closed to the Universal Studio Osaka.  This hotel provided the welcome kit for the procari for Universal studio tour and also provide the welcome drink and ice-cream for the kids.

Very nice hotel,the room is the best part. The service is good, however the breakfast is just soso.
