Amazing

Very satisfied with the hotel. When checking in, inform the owner that you need to make reservations for breakfast and dinner. There will be a notification service for breakfast and dinner on time every day. Especially like going back to my college days. And every day is different, delicious Japanese breakfast and dinner. You can pick up and drop off at the ski resort. The shopkeeper’s English is so good! Give this store a big thumbs up!

The room is very big for two people, with a large open space next to it. The boss is a Japanese grandfather who speaks fluent English, has clear ideas, and is well organized. The most amazing thing is the dinner. Every meal is different, so exquisite and delicious that I don't have the chance to eat snacks every day. It is one kilometer away from the ski resort. It can be closer by walking from Bell Ringing Hill, but the owner has a car and can pick you up and drop off, which makes up for the disadvantage of not being able to slide in and out. There are discounts for renting ski equipment and buying tickets, great

A great Japanese-style family hotel. The old man speaks English and can help solve all problems. If he likes you, he will tell you some little secrets. Breakfast and dinner are very sumptuous every day here, but I just feel that my appetite is small. The nutritional mix is perfect, including fish, meat, eggs, vegetables, and dessert fruits. The fruit is the specialty apple here, and the desserts include caramel pudding or small cakes. The hotel rooms have tatami mats, and the radiators are on all day long. Ski enthusiasts can also find the most attentive service here. There is a drying room downstairs to store ski equipment, and the boss has two cars specially designed to take you to Tsugaike Ski Resort. . If you have the ability, you can slide directly back to the hotel door. Renting ski equipment and buying ski tickets are much cheaper than in stores! ! ! All in all, I am very, very satisfied and thank you for taking care of me.

The shop owner is very nice and enthusiastic. Although the communication is not very smooth, the shop owner and staff will try their best to meet the customer's requirements. Dinner and breakfast were very good. The hotel provides free ski delivery service, and you can slide back to the hotel from the slope in front of the hotel, which is very convenient. You can get discounts on ski rentals by booking your ski pass at the hotel, highly recommended!

The room is relatively large, the boss is nice, free pick-up and drop-off to the ski resort, 20% off on renting ski equipment through the hotel, and discounts on ski tickets! There are also hot springs where you can take a dip, which is very nice!

The rooms are relatively large in Japan. Some have beds and some have tatami mats. The breakfast and dinner are good. It's very Japanese. The boss can help rent ski equipment. It's a few minutes' drive from Tsugaike.

I speak broken Japanese and English, but the boss can understand me. Their dinner is very special, I recommend you try it. The boss picks up and drops off the ski resort, and you can rent ski tools at a very reasonable price. Will go there next time.

Although the shop is relatively old! The service attitude of the boss and staff is very good! Breakfast and dinner are both prepared with great care! It’s really worth praising! High value for money👍5 minutes walk from the entrance of Tsuwaike Bell Hill! Just slide down the ski slope in the photo! Very convenient

I stayed 5 nights for snowboarding. The host can drive you to Gondola, and you can just ski-in at the end of the day. What impressed me most is their hospitality, if you have any problem, just ask and they will help you. 10 out of 10 for great service!

I was here for an 8-day ski trip, 6 nights in a Western-style room, and 1 night in a Japanese-style room. The hotel is very spacious and I really like the rustic/quaint atmosphere. I really liked that the western room had a couch. Made full use of the onsen and ski locker room in the basement. Free Kaiseki Breakfast was very convenient. There's a free shuttle to the lifts and going back just involves skiing down the slop across the road from the hotel. The town centre is still walkable from here, despite how it looks on the map.
