Facilities were basic, but staff was very enthusiastic and supportive. Husband was sensitive to the relatively strong smell of cleaning products when we entered the room, but everything was sufficiently clean. Loved the espresso machine in the lobby (cappuccinos!).

We had a wonderful stay at Econo Lodge. The ENTIRE staff was friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. We will DEFINITELY stay at Econo Lodge again when we visit Long Island. Our room was very clean, we had ample towels and washcloths (for 2 adults & 2 kids); we enjoyed the special coffee machine (available 24 hours a day); and the kids loved the vending machines near the front desk area. Econo Lodge was a GREAT value for a GREAT stay !!!!

Didn’t like that it was located in a commercial area. Inside is kept very clean though and no bad smell which is good!
In addition, Kurt at the front desk was super friendly and extended the best customer service.

Clean. Econo is what it is BUT the mattress was super bad: cheap to begin with and probably should have been replaced a long time ago. If you sleep on a crappy mattress at home it wouldn’t be a bad stay.

Check in/out was quick. Staff is friendly. Room is OK. Mattress is really soft. Not to my liking. For the price, can't expect much better.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Econo Lodge in Hicksville NY. The room was perfect for our stay. The gentleman at the registration desk was welcoming and very friendly. Glad we chose this hotel.

Pretty good stay. We were in an accessible room. Unfortunately the bathroom had no space to place any cosmetic items you might bring in with you. Also there was an issue in the shower with the downspout when we checked in. It literally came off the wall. Good think was the immediate response by the staff to fix the situation. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We'd probably stay there again.
