The hotel is nice don’t get me wrong, but it is in need of some renovation, particularly the sound proofing in the rooms.
The service is second to none which makes the experience amazing! You will feel like they really care about your stay and are there to make everything in their power so that you have a great stay.
The food options in the Topos Bar were quite limited, over-priced and generally the value for money balance was quite off. We did not try the dinner at the restaurant so can’t say anything about that.
All in all it was a great experience and would love to stay again next year as they’ll be renovating in the winter.

We had a great time and some of the best hotel food we've ever had. Lots of young children though so if that's not your thing this hotel may not be for you.

For 1-2 nights you don't get a great hotel room in the main building, but are put in an old, moldy and dark outbuilding. The pillows smelled like mold. But at least we could admire the delivery and employee entrance... I don't think we've ever had such a shabby room for this price!

What a Great holiday we had , the staff were very friendly and helpful, Christos & Kaliopi made outstanding a effort such nice staff always smiling and chatty, the Hotel was spotlessly clean, lots of Sunbeds available and waitress available for service too . Food in the hotel there was lots of variety and tasty food with a long time for service breakfast 7 til 11 and dinner had long service too so not much queues for anything also , the Beds where comfortable and Bedding was lovely. My only moan was the Metal seat's on the Balcony where very hot to use by the end of our day in the sunshine. Plus, the stairs leading down to the beach needed a sweep , otherwise all was brilliant, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a Relaxing holiday. Thanks domes staff for a Great stay.

This is our second visit to the Domes brand (the first was in Corfu). The hotel is lovely, with beautiful and tranquil design. The food was varied throughout our stay. The outdoor Yoga classes were amassing. The staff's service exceeded our expectations. We would like to specifically mention George Papadopoulos, who took care of us and assisted us even after we left the hotel! Looking forward to our next visit!

Can't fault it service was unbelievably good, the staff are amazing super nice and friendly the food is amazing, cocktails are so good I'd recommend there speciality cocktails and the pillows are to die for wish I could've taken them home and the location is brilliant

My friend and I went to Domes Noruz Kassandra for five nights for a short getaway. What a fabulous Hotel. On arrival, everyone receives a cocktail or a non alcoholic drink, the manager and staff are genuinely friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The Hotel is spotless, bright and airy, vey modern and a very relaxing atmosphere. we were upgraded to a Zen room, which had a beautiful view of the sea and pool area. Bottles of water were supplied on a daily basis and a bottle of wine and a box of biscuits were gifts in your room on arrival. there was a small hiccup with our room, which was immediately corrected and we were given a free 30 minute massage each for the inconvenience. The massage was fabulous, definitely recommend the spa. The beach is small shingle but again it is kept spotless. We didn't eat there at night as the town is walking distance with plenty of restaurants, but we ate lunch in the beach restaurant, which was lovely with beautiful views overlooking the sea. look forward to going back.

On arrival staff are waiting to help and so friendly. The room was very nice, only complaints - need a mirror in the bedroom area with a socket nearby for hairdryer as the only mirror is in the wardrobe. The pool area is immaculate and always lots of beds with towels every day. Never been to a hotel where sun beds are not an issue and the most comfortable sun beds ever! The service by the pool is great and the staff so happy and caring. The beach is great and the staff look after you there too. The food is nice, some of it not hot enough, lots of variety. The Topos bar has the best Greek salad! It is a shame that half board you still have to pay 5 Euros for water each time - should be free with dinner in a five star restaurant. The spa - recommend a massage with Haris as it was the best massage I have had by far! My friend had a great massage with Chrysi too. Maria and Dimitris at Topos are amazing and so friendly. Never been in a 5 star where they call twice throughout your holiday to ask if you are happy with your stay. Will definitely come back!

Outstanding hotel with fabulous service from all staff. We felt so well looked after. Comfortable rooms with great aircon. The best hotel breakfast we have ever enjoyed and excellent evening options. The beach is fine shingle with a large area exclusively for hotel guests only, ample sunbeds and a call service on each parasol for drinks and food. Just great. Highly recommended!
