Cool Vibe immediately you walked in the reception! Super friendly staff greeting! Fabulous Terrace Room with relaxing decor and a lovely designed bathroom (will take the one with a bath next time). Very Enjoyable couple of days! Thank you!

My wife and I came for the weekend to Palma, and we had an amazing time staying at the Puro Grand hotel, the service was fantastic and the food we enjoyed over dinner and breakfast unbelievable. Also, the location is walking distance from the main attractions of the gorgeous city of Palma. Absolutely recommended!!

Lovely chilled vibes without being pretentious. Really good value, facilities and friendly staff. Unexpected extras such as free drinks upon arrival and complimentary spa session. Our room had an arched cave-like bathroom which was very cool, and we made use of the rooftop sun deck too. Don’t normally leave reviews but feel that this one warranted the extra effort. Hope to return, and will be recommending to friends.

Our stay at the Puro Grand Hotel was absolutely fantastic and exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is not only beautifully decorated but also offers exceptional service. Our room was wonderful, and breakfast couldn't have been better – we couldn’t have asked for more! The location is perfect, right next to the best restaurants and all the shopping spots, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. A big thank you to the entire staff, who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially want to thank Anna, who took excellent care of us. Whether it was booking the beach club, arranging a rental car, or recommending the best restaurants and beaches, Anna always had the best suggestions and made our stay unforgettable. We are extremely satisfied and will definitely come back!

The Puro Grand is a tiny annex style hotel. It’s physically linked to its bigger sister 3* hotel and has shared services. The only difference between this single hotel facility is a separate entrance (10 meters away) and the ‘Grand’ has better rooms. During our stay there was one person running everything - reception, bar, service. The ‘Grand’ has no atmosphere - it’s a hostel where people come to sleep. No one eats here - as it’s an empty little husk of a place with no staff and dirty glasses and tables everywhere (see photos’). The web site is cynical and deceitfully deceptive. This is a dreadful hotel that relies on its convenient location.

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location! Went there for breakfast and loved the vibe! We asked to view a room and indeed we love it too, nice design, beauty decor, spacious and still quiet (old town can be noisy). The staff at reception were kind and helpful!

While the hotel was immaculate with friendly staff and a delicious brunch, I was motivated to write this review regarding the care the staff took when my husband fell suddenly ill. Not something I typically think of when booking a hotel, but staff went above and beyond and were incredibly gracious when we found ourselves needing extra help and helped accommodate our need to extend our stay until able to travel. So thankful. Definitely recommend the Puro Grand!

Extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. 8 consider the service closer to a 3 stars hotel than a 5 stars… what a disappointment for the price Even the hotel manager is extremely uncommercial and extremely rude with its customers. There are tons of better options for the price in Mallorca.

There are a few pros to this hotel: 1) good location; 2) rooms were beautiful and clean. However, the cons far outweigh the pros. The overall hotel is hardly a 5 star caliber hotel - the lobby is messy and confusing, with electronic cords all over the place. I've always believed that elite customer service really makes a 5 star hotel experience superior and this was the furthest thing from excellent customer service. We accidentally booked our stay for the following week (absolutely our mistake) and when we called Puro for assistance with this error, they were less than helpful. We ended up having to book a new reservation for the correct dates, with no resolution for the incorrect dates, except to just lose our money. It was extremely challenging to get ahold of anyone by phone and they kept asking us to call back. Even during our stay, customer service was below average. The front desk staff struggled to check us in, no one told us about any of the amenities onsite, restaurant servers were slow. We ended up leaving to go to a different 5 star hotel nearby and the contrast in quality of customer service was night and day! I would urge travelers to stay elsewhere in Palma.
