房間真的很乾凈，環境也好，晚上睡覺也很安靜，住着太舒服，酒店高大尚，非常安全，酒店還提供洗衣服務，對於我們這種長期在外出差的人來説太暖心了，很方便，前台的小姐姐説話特別客氣，服務態度真好。酒店旁邊還有很多吃飯，購物的地方，晚上有送晚安粥，棒棒棒！！！推薦入住。

攜程預訂酒店體驗最好的一次。服務態度沒得説，非常不錯，保潔阿姨和前台小哥妹子都很專業。早餐給滿分，可以吃到很多種美食，建議入住的朋友試一下。交通也很方便，距離體育館和交警隊挺近。酒店周圍購物很方便，吃飯的地方也很多，推薦大家入住

酒店房間乾淨，阿姨打掃很負責，房間內的裝修風格都不一樣，有質感，有情調。免費的洗衣服，衣服送洗完都送回房間，很貼心，自助早餐種類挺豐富的，水果都有。點的外賣可以直接送到房間，總體來説很滿意的一次住宿

服務真的特別不錯，五星級都沒這樣，早餐也很不錯，帶着小朋友過來玩，都住的很滿意，入住前加了管家小貝的微信，有事都可以跟她聯繫特別方便，退房遺留了衣服還幫我們寄回來了，在周邊吃完飯下大雨，實在回不去酒店，給酒店打電話不到5分鐘就來接我們了！帶孩子出門非常推薦！這家絕對是海底撈的服務👍🏻

看了評價之後，提前預訂的。跟預期差不多，入住很方便快捷，房間整潔，無異味，早餐還可以，小孩都吃了好多。入住期間，對陳經理影響很深，非常熱心，主動關心我們可能會需要的幫助。早上退房，行李寄存到了這裏，下午回來取行李前往高鐵站，陳經理還幫忙打出租車送到高鐵站，贈送了小朋友一個禮物，真的很感謝！下次來盤州，一定會再來，也強烈推薦給其他人！
