I really think I made an excellent choice with this hotel, and I want to pat myself on the back! The location is super convenient, right on the main road (this is so important!). We walked to all the sights except Versailles, averaging 20,000 steps a day to avoid pickpockets. There's also a metro station right outside. Among all the places we stayed on our France and Italy trip, this hotel had the most complete facilities, even providing disposable slippers. The cleanliness was great, the service was smooth, and the hotel felt quite new! There are tons of places to eat nearby; right outside is the best crêpe place in Paris, next door is an affordable Saizeriya, and also the incredibly delicious Rosie Lou!
We were very satisfied with our overall experience during our stay.
The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with a metro station just steps away, making it very easy to reach all the major attractions in Paris. Metro Line 9 connects to many important areas, making getting around a breeze. The surroundings are quiet, and it felt comfortable returning to the hotel in the evenings.
The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a practical design, a comfortable bed, and complete amenities. The cleanliness of the room was impressive. I especially loved the balcony, from which we could see a small tip of the Eiffel Tower in the distance, adding a pleasant surprise to our stay.
The most commendable aspect was the staff's service. The front desk staff were friendly, polite, and eager to assist guests, making us feel genuinely welcome.
Overall, this is a hotel with an excellent location, convenient transportation, and great value for money. It's a fantastic choice for travelers who want to easily explore Paris while enjoying a quieter accommodation environment at night. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider returning.
The attitude of the staff definitely needs improvement. We stayed for three nights and requested bottled water from reception on the second and third days since we opted out of room cleaning. On the first day, we were told we could refill our water bottles at the bar. On the second day, a staff member informed us—rather impolitely—that water is only provided once per stay, regardless of the length of the stay.
I love the room facing the street but not noisy. I love the friendliness and understanding of the staffs here too. I am busy at work and they certainly did a good job with room services and common area services to allow me focus on work. The room walls are not thin too so its quiet.
Location is good too as i need to head to the train station the next morning, its very close.
All is good with this hotel.

Excellent service and not a bad location! Located a stone's throw from the main Montmartre/Sacre Coeur area (do note: you have to climb lots ofsteep hills and stairs to get there), the hotel is located between 2 metro stops, which makes it convenient to get around Paris. As many other reviews have noted, the property is quite old and gives off kind of dingy vibes, with the rooms' lighting being minimal and quite dim. The cleanliness of the rooms was good, though, and I did not feel uncomfortable at all about it. I stayed in a twin room and the beds were side by side with no gaps, so make sure you're comfortable with the person you are staying with if you were to book this room! Even though it's spring, the AC is centrally controlled and you can only turn on the heating or not at al, no cooling setting so it gets a bit warm, but we slept with the windows open. The staff were lovely and helpful!
The hotel facilities are okay, but I have to complain about the hotel shuttle bus. When I booked, the front desk told me they would circle the passenger terminal and asked which terminal I wanted to get off. I said 2E. The next day, there were only four people on my bus, and everyone else got off at **/C. I said I was on 2E, but the driver insisted I get off and then pushed a bunch of luggage a long way. The driver was extremely rude. He deliberately turned up the music while I was talking to my friend. After dropping me off, my friend took the bus back to the hotel to check out. She was on the phone, and the driver deliberately turned up the music again. My friend couldn't hear the person on the phone. He was so mean.
