Romantic Hotels in Paris

"The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Gare du Nord, very convenient for travelers. It’s a simple hotel mainly for sleeping, as there’s no air conditioning or fridge. I stayed during autumn, and leaving the balcony door open kept the room naturally cool throughout the night. There’s a small lift that goes up to the 4th floor, but my room was on the 5th, so I had to carry my luggage one extra floor. It was worth it though, as I had a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance from my balcony! The bathroom was clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a bathtub. My room also included breakfast. It was not a huge spread, but sufficient to start the day. Service was mixed. The young chap and elderly man at reception were very friendly. The young staff even offered me hot water when he heard me coughing in the lobby, which I really appreciated. However, the other reception staff were not as welcoming. Overall, this is a budget-friendly hotel with breakfast included. Great if you want a convenient location and a simple place to sleep, but don’t expect too many amenities."

"Service: Was really good. They almost have everything you need. EVERYTHING. Staff: They are really nice, helpful and friendly. Room: We booked the Classic one and for a couple, I could say it's spacious enough. You have a majestic view (upon request) but expect some noises since it's on the train station side as well. Cleanliness: It's really clean, the bathroom is clean which is really important to me. They have cleaners who clean everyday. Location: Near to almost everything. Transportation wise too. Many restaurants and bakery or coffee shop. Even convenience store. Food: Breakfast buffet was good. Though the menu stays the same. They have so much food like cereals, fruits, pastries, coffee, etc. All in all, we are really satisfied during our stay. ✨️ Thank you, First Hotel and Staff for the wonderful experience! 💐"

"Facilities: The room was exactly as pictured, quite small. There was barely enough space to open one suitcase, and definitely no room for two. However, the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, especially compared to the room itself. There's a tiny elevator that can only fit one person and one suitcase at a time. Environment: The soundproofing wasn't great, but honestly, I feel like many buildings in Paris have similar soundproofing issues. After a long day of sightseeing, I was so exhausted I'd just crash and sleep, so I didn't really notice any noise. The hotel's location is fantastic; public transport and dining options are incredibly convenient, which is a big plus. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was much better than I expected. I honestly thought it would be a bit dirty and had low expectations, but it turned out to be quite decent. Service: The gentleman at the front desk was very friendly. On a side note, the hotel breakfast was genuinely very good! All the bread was delicious, the yogurt was tasty, and the coffee was even better. To be honest, we stayed at two hotels in Paris, and the baguette and croissants at the other 4-star global chain hotel weren't as good as this small hotel's breakfast, and neither was the coffee. This unexpectedly delicious breakfast really added a lot of points to my overall impression of this hotel!"
