Taipei Hotels with Parking

The view was fantastic, with a clear sight of Taipei 101 in the distance. The room had a convenient table, perfect for a quick bite or a drink. Since it was an anniversary celebration, the hotel kindly provided a bottle of champagne, which really set a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all polite and had excellent service. And the breakfast was really good too! ♡

Facilities: The hotel facilities are almost identical to those of WHG hotels in Japan. I particularly love the separated wet and dry areas in the bathroom, and the option to take a bath in a tub or use the Japanese-style sitting shower. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: There's not much of a street view, but it's incredibly close to Zhongxiao Xinsheng Station, just a two to three-minute walk away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart directly opposite. For attractions, Huashan 1914 Creative Park is close by. The breakfast is exquisite, offering a variety of Japanese and ********* options, with fresh ingredients. Service: The staff are very polite.

We had an enjoyable stay overall. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was comfortable, and the breakfast offered an excellent selection. However, some service interactions at breakfast felt unnecessarily formal and inconsistent. We were reminded to lower our voices even though we had only spoken briefly after finding our children, while other guests who were noticeably louder were not approached. These interactions made us feel less welcome than expected at a luxury hotel. Overall, it’s a very good hotel, but a warmer and more genuine approach to service would have made the experience even better.

We recently stayed at the Dinosaur Kingdom Family Room and transferred to a Premier Twin Room the following day. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The staff were consistently kind, helpful, and accommodating, which we truly appreciated. We especially enjoyed the family room—it was thoughtfully designed and perfect for traveling with a young child. I had initially planned for a two-night stay in this room, but unfortunately, renovations were scheduled to begin the following day. This was a bit disappointing, as it made our time there feel quite short, especially with other activities already planned during our trip. In comparison to other five-star hotels we’ve stayed in, I did find the lack of flexibility with early check-in a bit surprising, particularly for the themed room. We had hoped to settle in earlier, and similarly, the following day’s transfer to the Premier room was not available early as it was fully booked. While this was different from what I’m used to, I do understand that this may be part of their standard protocol. On a positive note, we loved the buffet, and the rooms were very comfortable. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch, and the playroom area was excellent—clearly designed with families in mind. It was also lovely to see the hotel organizing activities for children. During our stay, there was a special event (like a children’s appreciation day?), where me and my baby were able to participate in arts and crafts and even received small prizes, which made the experience extra memorable. The swimming pool was decent, though not very large, and the water was quite cold, so we ended up enjoying the bathtub instead. One area for improvement would be cleanliness. We noticed visible dust in the room, which was concerning—especially since the room is designed for small children, and for someone like me who is diagnosed with allergies to multiple types of dust mites. I did raise this with Lara at the lobby, who kindly apologized and mentioned she would inform housekeeping. However, upon transferring rooms the next day, I still noticed dust in certain areas, which made me question the thoroughness of the cleaning. Separately, I also observed that some toiletries (such as conditioner and lotion) were nearly empty upon arrival, suggesting they may not have been checked or replenished prior to our stay. Despite these points, we genuinely had a pleasant experience overall and would consider returning. I’m also excited and curious to see what the next theme for the family rooms will be after the renovations.

Excellent! Absolutely fantastic, truly excellent! I can't recommend it enough. A genuinely wonderful experience, over and over again. Simply outstanding, consistently great. This place is top-notch, really a cut above. I was so impressed, just brilliant. Consistently brilliant, an amazing stay every time. Truly a phenomenal experience, superb. Let's start with the positives: The doorman, lobby manager, and front desk staff were all very professional, living up to the reputation of a renowned international hotel. The room was spacious, bright, and clean. Now for the negatives: It lacks grandeur. The lobby entrance is too narrow, making it feel like a busy market when crowded. The facilities are mediocre. The bidet toilet was installed too high; even at 172cm, my feet couldn't touch the ground when seated. The TV was incredibly small, disproportionate to the room size. The most frustrating issue was the poor soundproofing. The guests next door in room 1225 were speaking English, and perhaps they couldn't control their volume, but I could hear their conversations clearly, which was very loud and disturbing. This was extremely disappointing. Due to construction, the Ferris wheel was almost completely obscured. This isn't the hotel's fault, but rather an objective circumstance.

The hotel's interior decor is stunning, with a strong Japanese feel. The rooms are clean and spacious, featuring a private onsen and yukata. Plus, there are complimentary drinks and snacks. If you check in around 3 PM, you can enjoy a tea ceremony performance with free green tea and snacks. Breakfast offers a wide and delicious selection!

Decided to treat myself to stay in a suite. Whilst the suite is luxurious and big, the light switches and electrical socket points don’t make sense. Look at the photos- I can’t even put my travel adaptor with my wires into the sockets below the TV/ attached to the table, making it impossible to charge my laptop while working. Also had to spend 7-10mins figuring out where all the light switches are- instead of a single main switch, there were many with illogical switches that dim the lights to three tones. Also, even the front desk was confused about my suite’s blinds as he initially told me it is manual only to then call me back as I couldn’t find the roller, that it’s automated. The hotel management really needs to relook into the user-friendliness of the layout of the room and the basic amenities. P/s: the refillable water tastes fantastic though!

I particularly enjoyed the hotel's close proximity to ximending and the MRT station, the cleaning service was excellent and the environment was clean. One thing is that the gym was a bit unmaintained and had rusty equipments, everything else was perfect other than that! I particularly liked the bathtub and the comfy beds. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to travellers who are looking for a comfy stay near the dazzling ximending!

The public pool is on the rooftop, and its operating hours are from 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM, meaning it's unavailable in the morning. Many of the lockers by the public pool are severely out of order. The hotel doesn't have Wi-Fi. When I asked the front desk, they cited 'environmental issues.' I've seen many other guest comments with the same complaint, so it seems the hotel has no intention of resolving it. The information stated free parking, but upon arrival at the hotel, I was told there's a disguised service charge of 100 NTD, and it's only valid for a single entry. If you leave and return, you have to pay the service charge again. The breakfast was delicious, with every dish being very tasty. The location is convenient, and the staff were very nice.
