I stayed at this hotel before the pandemic, and it was good back then. However, during my recent stay, I was disappointed. The facilities were old and the room was dirty, especially the bathtub which had hair in it. There were also ants in the toilet. The hotel doesn't seem to be maintaining things well. What bothered me the most was the broken glass door on the balcony, which made it easy for anyone to enter the room, especially since I was on a lower level. The front desk staff wasn't very helpful either.

Location very convenient, staff very friendly and have a good environment and the rooms are very clean

Room is nice but when I open the balcony I can see lizard and bathroom water is dirty. Carpark even hard to park up & breakfast is not nice & had to walk a distance to another hotel to had it up. Located is OK just 2mins to pattaya Beach or 8mins away straight to crowd bazaar.

Hotel is pretty old the pool is so small only good thing is location which close to the beach .. They gave me the price at 2k that is too much comparing to quality …BF is so simple not delicious ,,,, my room got lot of insects at night even they changed the room for me but it is still acceptable …….this was my first and will b my last time with this hotel

Suddenly washing in dirty water causes an allergic reaction. You complain and ask for an explanation and an apology. But no one is interested in you! There's no next time.

Clean hotel, not far from the beach. Can easily walk to find restaurants. Breakfast is ok.

The hotel is OK, the room is spacious and the location is good, close to the beach. It takes less than 10 minutes to get to the bar street by Songthaew. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is quite convenient.

Walk a little and you'll reach the sea. The room had a good view of the sea. There are a lot of shops nearby, and massage shops are also good.

The room was clean, the bathroom had a shower and a bathtub. Also, the bathroom was huge.

Overall, it's okay. It's on the edge of the busy area, so it's quiet. You can walk to 21 Depar**ent Store, and you can also walk along the beach to the pedestrian street. The scenery along the way is pretty good! It’s not a big deal to stay for a day or two. Breakfast is on the second floor of the hotel of the same brand opposite.

On the plus side, there is a sea view and no safety issues. The beach is just one minute away from the hotel. There are many restaurants, convenience stores and places to exchange foreign currency nearby. It is also very convenient to book a taxi!

Good service, good food, good accommodation, convenient travel, I like it.
