I was looking for a new hotel to stay at after leaving the Royal Cliff, and was approached when passing the Sanctuary by Nakhon the Bell Boy who kindly offered to show us round the hotel. I’m lucky he came to speak to us as I may have not had a look so was great on his part to speak to us and offer us a look around! He was great and helpful. A week later, we decided to book in for 10 nights and what a great decision that was! Amazing hotel, perfect location and great staff, we really enjoyed our stay and great prices also! I am very keen to return to the Sanctuary when I come back to Pattaya as it ticks all the boxes for me. Highly recommend

Really happy with Top and Boss for being ever helpful with all my inquiries. Even the bellboy is super nice and helpful. The hotel is very new and the room (Elite Suite) is really spacious and comfortable. Only hiccup is that CTrip's description of the Elite Suite says King Bed or 2 Single Beds and I wanted 2 single beds but upon check-in I was told that the room can only accommodate a King bed. But they are offered extra duvet for us which is good enough for our stay. The location is the only downside for this hotel. It is on top of a hill and it is not possible to walk to any major attractions - the only thing near or just across from the hotel are a small stretch of beach and a few eateries, bars and restaurants. Nevertheless, we will still recommend this hotel. Travel by Grab or taxis are very convenient in Pattaya.

We were very pleasantly surprised by this beautiful hotel! The rooms are huge, the modern furniture is not new but very well maintained and meets all needs. The staff are very friendly, some speak very good English. There is ample parking, a nice pool and the sea views from the rooms are terrific! The prices are very reasonable for what is offered, the location is good, in the vicinity there is a beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and shops. That would definitely be 5 stars! But unfortunately we had massive problems with the showers. In one bathroom there was only cold water, in the second, after waiting, scalding hot water came intermittently and then cold water again. Repair attempts during our stay were unsuccessful.

I liked everything strongly. Sea is near, shops are near, mini market is near. Very successful location! Excellent price/quality ratio. From unpleasant - ants. But! Don't leave food or garbage in access and they won't be. Very friendly and attentive staff. Thank you individually for all the help promptly provided at first request. Bed, towels changed every day. Cleaning is the same every day. Super mattress on bed. The room has everything you need.

Flight to Thailand to Asia Pattaya 14.04.23g on 25.04.23g. , chose a little better hotel, it is really better , with the territory, with its beach where the water is cleaner than everywhere in Pattaya, with the pool, cook delicious, the Internet is everywhere, NO .... far from the main road/street and from the fed court, Pedestrian every day to the fed of the court with the greenhouse effect, it is HARRY! REALLY TRUE! Just everything has been expensive, and paid 176000 on 2 with a colleague, NOW THAT! Better to take the hotel on the simpler but somewhere on the main road, and so the torture ....! In the hotel cleaning REDKAY, cleaners every day in the corridor, but not always cleaned the rooms! In the hotel no rooms with balconies, all rooms without balconies!!!! They got on the Thai New Year, everywhere sprayed and watered, infinite ...! Massage and food, Fruit as usual at the highest level! RESTEN GOOD! In this hotel for such money, I would NOT fly again if only on cheap, I would fly in other hotels closer to the main street!

Наконец вырвались в поездку. Были в Паттайе давненько. Об отеле Bees&Birds слышала, но даже не думала, что он такой оригинальный. Сравнивая с типичными тройками Паттайи, у отеля много преимуществ. Всего 59 номеров и 12 видов разных типов номеров. От стандарта, до улучшенного стандарта, приватные бунгало на берегу. Первое, это конечно же территория. Это зелёные джунгли, не побоюсь этого слова. И деревья баньяны с воздушными корнями, совсем как из Аватар. Это такое ухоженные лужайки с кроликами. Это пруды с рыбками, это забавные белки. И комары, спей неотъемлемая часть во время отдыха здесь. Днём их нет, а вечером бывают. Номер лучше открытым не держать. Некоторые уголки отеля на реставрации, за отелем следят и ухаживают. Пляж. Отель находится на первой линии, вышел вот и пляж. Мы размещались под деревьями с пушистой кроной. На входе в отель, сразу пресный душ, очень удобно. А также бар на пляже- не дешевый. Вечером вход на пляж закрывается. Бухта уютная, чисто! Товарищи, в отличии от других пляжей, этот самый чистый. Спасибо сотрудникам отеля. А ещё здесь нет толп местных с едой и одноразовой посудой, которую они не убирают за собой. Только зимовщики и туристы. На пляже провожали закаты. Море купабельное, иногда прямо очень чистое. И теплое. Ещё на пляже есть один бар (не от отеля). И лестница наверх, в том случае, если вход в отель с пляжа закрыт, можно подняться по этой лестнице. В отеле есть два бассейна, но один был то ли на ремонте. Работал, тот, что с видом на море. Лежаки, зонтики, полотенца берешь сам. Глубина около 1,5 метров и маленькая детская зона. Хороший, уютный. Так же в отеле есть ресторан. Ресторан для завтрака. Выбор не очень велик. Стандартно рис, яйца, тайский супчик, нарезка овощей, хлеб, тосты, ждём, заправки. Но в целом для завтрака ничего. Вкусняшку типа йогурта можно докупить в магазине. А также ресторан А ля карт ”Капуста и Презервативы”. На входе интересные скульптуры, у детей могут возникнуть вопросы, что это) слышала, что хозяин там повернутый по этим вопросам безопасности крекса) ресторан расположен на террасах с видом на море, его могут посетить все желающие. По ценам, например, большой том ям хватит на 2 х 300 бат, полиция кому супа 100 бат, большая пицца почти 400 бат, Цезарь 150, также примерно стоит паста. В общем для ресторана цены сносные. Алкоголь дороже в 2 раза Севен Элевена. Номер. Посмотрела я стандартные номера, мне они показались совсем унылыми и темными. Решили чуть доплатить и взять категорию Делюкс. У нас был номер на 2 этаже, с видом на сад и бассейн. Классный номер. С балконом, очень светлый. 25 КВ м. Природный стиль. Душевая в камне. Шкаф, кондиционер, вентилятор, телевизор (так и не включили), стол, кресла, полотенца, даже были халаты. Мини бар, сейф и фен. В общем, все, что необходимо для проживания. Мебель не новая, как и кондиционер, сантехника. Но как то в глаза не бросается. Такой ЭКО стиль будто ты на даче за городом. С персоналом в отеле не контактировали особо, не было нужды. Также

We spent four weeks in February into March at the Sirin. We were in a one bedroom junior suite. The lounge area was a great size with a limited kitchen. The bedroom was also a great size with a massive bed, plenty of storage space and also a safe included. Big TV in living area and also one in the bedroom. Good size bathroom, only down side to that was it was a retractable shower above the bath which in my opinion didn’t work as well as a shower cubicle. There was good air on in both living area and bedroom, TBH we didn’t use it that much. There was a good size balcony with a small table and two chairs with great views looking out over Pattaya. In the living area was a dining table, four ring elec appliance, toaster, kettle, combination microwave and also a good size fridge. The only let down was you had all the kitchen appliances but nothing to cook with, there were four plates, two cups and saucers, two spoons and forks, no knives at all, four glasses. When we contacted reception they sent up a frying pan and a fish slice type utensil. We ended up having to buy, sharp cutting knife, saucepan, chopping board, dish towels and sponges etc. This was a serviced apartment and was cleaned, change of towels and bedding twice a week. There was a good size rooftop pool area, shortage of sun beds and a lack of shaded areas, towels were supplied at the pool. The Sirin was spotlessly clean in all areas. The staff were always very friendly and very helpful, a big shout goes out to ALL the reception staff and the two concierge on the door were absolutely outstanding. The Sirin is ideally situated for bars and restaurants on the same road, approx ten minute walk to the beach. There is also a Batt Bus at the hotel which is available for use by the guests to take you to Jomtien or into town. We were in room 703, it was that good we are hoping to book for six weeks next year.
