Great hotel with great location and great service. Very happy to be able to stay at this hotel, several times to Pattaya, this is a good hotel with okay price. nice room with old-fashioned wooden interior but okay and clean. bathroom has a bathtub so you can soak in warm water to relieve fatigue after walking quite far. location near the crowd, night market, terminal 21, Tiffany Show, and still many other locations that can be reached on foot. Breakfast is satisfied with many choices, the restaurant next to the pool with lots of plants and flowers make the mood calm while enjoying breakfast. good mood in the morning, making the whole day a pleasant day. in the corner of loby, There is a baggage scale that can be used by inserting a coin (10 baht if not wrong). It's good to try for you after shopping a lot there.

Front desk service was superb! Arrived at around 11.45am and was told that our room was not ready yet so instead, the kind front desk lady (didn't managed to catch her name) gave us a temporary card to access the pool, gym & entertainment area. Our room was ready approximately 45mins later. Overall, we were very satisfied with our room apart from the flies coming in from the balcony when we open the sliding door. The location of the hotel is also very centralised to many attractions and close enough to the beach. Terminal 21 Pattaya is also located right below the hotel.

The hotel looks grand from the outside with a water feature at the front and carriage drive entrance. The reception area is spacious. Reception staff are helpful, efficient and serves with a smile. We were given a room on the 12th floor. The room is very spacious, clean and a private balcony with a lovely view of part of the city plus seaview too. This hotel is centrally located to all amenities such as shopping centres, bars and restaurants. Breakfast is included with our deal. There is varieties but choices of fruits is limited to pineapple & watermelon only which is a shame as local fruits are in abundance here.

We loved absolutely everything about this hotel! The room was spacious and new with comfortable bed, the staff is just lovely, the breakfast is just one of the best we had!, the pools and the water park is great for the kids to play and the kids club also had alot of fun activities and many things to do. Bottom line would be very happy to come again and definitely will recommend! 😍❤️

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Located along the second street, which is easy to get on Songthaew. The staff was kind and the breakfast was delicious. You can also eat instant noodles. As for the room, there is air conditioning, curtains, lights, outlets, Wi-Fi and all necessary and sufficient facilities. There is also a water server, and there is no problem with water. As for the shower room, there is no problem because hot water comes out. I was able to leave my luggage after checking out. I would like to use it again.

The location is very good. The double bed is 30 square meters. The space is very large. The quiet room is specially arranged. Pattaya is really comfortable. The hotel is opposite Chinatown and 600 meters away from the terminal. It is also very close to various shows and the Pattaya Pier. It's also convenient to go to Koh Llan Island. It only takes 8 minutes by motorcycle. It's also convenient to take a songthaew. It's great. There are doormen and waiters downstairs. The safety factor is very high.

Room is clean and spacious ... love it However just a sad incident .. my sun glasses was stolen at roof top pool while we are swimming .... cam also can't view who has taken .. should have cam installed on more area on pool side as the roof top bar is open to public ... walk in guest can walk pass the pool to the viewing section ...

The location is great, but like other reviews, the facilities are very outdated. The door key is also a key-turned type, and the air conditioner cannot be turned on all the time. Booked for the Thailand Test and Go entry. Compared to other choices in Pattaya available when I booked Nov. 2021 this was inexpensive. Airport pick up was a bit frazzled - no fault of the hotel. It's like a commodities trading floor with all the hotels in one corralled area trying to find their pick-ups. I don't recall how I found my way to the Sunshine Hip driver. Trip to hotel was on time and well done. Upon arrival tested right away and then off to bed. For an arrival at 3am I was concerned about when I would be tested and if my booking was for the night I arrived or the next night. I emailed the hotel many times and finally while in transit received an email that stated my arrival constituted an early check in. Turns out that arrival night was all I needed - test came back 5 hours later and I moved on to my condo. The hotel provided a meal upon arrival and a breakfast. Neither of them were good and fortunately came with fruit. The staff was very friendly and very responsive. My luggage was carried up to my room. Room was clean, seemed well maintained and spacious with a large comfortable bed. I also appreciate the abundant and convenient power outlets (next to and in the headboard of the bed). Everything was as advertised. The location is quite good - 3 min walk to convenience store and a shopping mall. As Pattaya comes back alive this would be a good choice for traveler wanting to be in the center of the greater Pattaya entertainment area.

The service attitude is very good. I went there for 5 days and no one was discriminating against Chinese people. The room is huge. The restroom is also clean. Only the bathroom door has some flaws, everything else is fine. This hotel is very convenient to go everywhere. It is recommended that everyone go to Lanpo Seafood Market to buy seafood and process it yourself. Don't eat food stalls at night markets. not fresh. If time doesn't allow. I buy seafood every day. The massage was very good. Cheap. This hotel is just not bad. Recommended. Below are pictures of seafood and massage shops. There are also pictures taken out of the room I stayed in.
