The location is great, there is a big shopping mall right opposite to the hotel, and lots of massage places around . The swimming pool is nice , but a little small. The water park is good for my kids age 5 and 7, the water slides just right for this age, so my kids had lots of fun . I stayed in a two bedroom , it was good except the two single beds I are smaller than usual. Anyway, i probably will come to stay again if I go to Pattaya.

Location of the hotel is perfectly central in the middle of the Pattaya city overlooking both sides of the bay. Rooms are very modern as the hotel is relatively new. Ocean view room which I booked gives the full view of the right side of the bay. Breakfast spread has many variety but the Chinese style dishes (fried vermicelli, fried vegetables) are pretty poorly prepared and not the usual hilton standard expected. Executive lounge was too small and very very hectic during 5-7pm. The staff did their very best to accommodate all the arriving guests but the size of the lounge is too small. Food served at the lounge was also not very delicious. All in all, I did not find it worth the price to stay at this hotel.

i stayed at Blackwood hotel for 4 days. the rooms are almost new, always perfectly cleaned. the breakfast offered a large selection at the buffet, everything was tasty. the team at the reception was always helpful and friendly. and proved to be competent. My room was small and the balcony had mini size. what I did not like that a flyer in the room said that drinking alcohol is forbidden in the rooms and announced a penalty for non-compliance

Very easy and hassle free check in and check out process. The room was very spacious and contained all the amenities i needed. There was even a washing machine which was very helpful after swimming. The building is very new and modern-looking. It’s strategically located. Near the restos, the beach and the mall. Would stay here again.

Decent hotel with decently sized rooms. Cleanliness is good, very comfortable bed, room is quiet - good quality sleep. Very good water pressure. Good WiFi. I dont' like the ''Dont' do ...!'' signs everywhere. Especially the one about toilet paper. Throwing used toilet paper into an open bin next to toilet is something SO disgusting! And you want to charge me 3000,- THB if I dont do it? Do your job and install proper pipes in your sewage system, like in any other civilized country. Breakfast is good, fresh coffee. Staff actually cleaning tables and being helpful.

Very nice location and clean, but this hotel tried to scam us, we booked superior double room which includes terrace or balcony, on the second floor with fast internet, But when we came in to check in, hotel sent us to fifth floor, it was normal room without balcony and was very dirty. We had to complain to front desk to get the room that we ordered, but they gave it to someone else. In the end we had to stay at fifth floor room with balcony, but it was corner room thus the internet was impossible to use, too slow and constantly disconnects. In summary, location is nice but otherwise not really pleasant experience 😕.

Already in making the initial contact with the hotel before arrival, the response was quick and professional. Rooms: change of bed linen and cleaning of the rooms on a daily basis Restaurant: good food and excellent service. Service and reception staff: English speakers, pleasant and always ready to help. We lived in this hotel in the first half of November 2023. The staff is friendly, trying to help with everything, but almost no one understands English, not to mention Russian. They call for help from a guy from a restaurant on the 1st floor, he speaks at least some English)) But we managed without this, literally with gestures) Sometimes they use a translator on the phone. Upon arrival, they take a deposit of 1000 baht and issue a receipt, according to which the baht will be returned upon departure if everything is OK. The room was spacious and clean, everything you needed was there. The safe, as the guy from the restaurant explained to us, can only be locked with a key, the code does not work, we did not leave the keys at the reception, only if we wanted the room to be cleaned. If you do not leave the keys, then they will not enter your room, they will only leave bottles of water and toilet paper under the door)) The hotel is located directly opposite the Festival shopping center, and until about 23.00 there was a street cafe and the music was blaring, it didn’t bother us, because . we wandered around until late at night) The location of the hotel is generally excellent, you can walk almost anywhere, we often returned in the evening on tuk-tuks, our legs couldn’t walk)) There are a lot of cafes and shops within walking distance, we especially liked the Villa hypermarket, like our Auchan , there is everything! They accept the Kazakh Kaspi Visa card, although every 7/11 store there accepts it, but from a certain purchase amount. By the way, in the Festival shopping center there is also a good supermarket on the -1st floor, where there is a large “food court”, cards are accepted everywhere. In the restaurant of the hotel itself on the 1st floor the food is delicious, but there is not a lot of alcohol... Beer and whiskey, although there is nothing on the bar list, maybe it was just the beginning of the season)) In general, we were very pleased that we accidentally chose this hotel))

I liked this place and if I return to Pattaya I will probably stay here again instead of looking elsewhere, as it has everything you need. Understand there are a number of View Tallays, so remember your number otherwise the cab will take you elsewhere. Also there are a number of different agents managing View Talay 6, my room was by Honey. Pros - Everything here is huge. Its 27 floors, I was on 18 and had a studio sea view, which had partial views as the Hilton next door does block a bit out. The room was nice, with a separate bathroom and balcony, I stayed 5 nights but it is suitable for long stays. The pool is the biggest Ive seen at a hotel, and there is a back gate that leads to the beach. The position is good as there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, but then again its Pattaya so there should be. There are also a heap of beach areas that provide all day lounges in the shade for AUD $5, as well as food and bar services. Cons - the checkin process is annoying, it is 2pm, I arrived early and was told the room wouldnt be ready until 2pm, but it wasnt ready until 3pm, and there were a number of grumpy people getting grumpier for the same reason waiting for checkin. On the same note, I was there 5 days, 2 days the room was serviced at 10am, 3 days it was between 4 - 5pm, which is far too late. If they can get their cleaning in order the hotel would be perfect.

Stayed at the hotel from 31 05 22 to 23 06 22 , 24 days, I liked the hotel. You can walk to the beach in 5 min. The rooms are cleaned every day. The breakfasts are very good. The restaurant has a lot of places not crowded. Lots of free tables. Large selection of fruit food and dessert. The ocean view from the balcony is very beautiful. Noise from the street is almost inaudible. I want to note that the staff is friendly. They always want to help. The restaurant is always smiling. I remember only a few names. The girl manager named Tithikarn Angkul. and the girl Nuan she always greet guests at the entrance to the restaurant, There are also guys at the entrance who help with the suitcases, a guy named Bader is very friendly and the rest of the workers too, At the reception desk, too, everyone wants to help in some way,

Travel to work, check in at 5pm, over Phong looks at strange customers, speaks rudely as if going to ask for free .. The room is spacious, the air conditioner does not have a remote control. Adjust the temperature, you have to get up and press the button at the door. Cleanliness is full of 10, give 5. The pillow sheets still have the smell of turtles of foreigners, can't sleep, the air conditioner is next to the bed, noise.
