We have just returned from a wedding/holiday, and we couldn't fault a thing. The hotel and rooms are very clean, with daily housekeeping during your stay, the food was varied every day with something different to please everyone which it did. We attended a wedding held at the hotel which was absolutely stunning from morning till evening❤️ All the staff are amazing, they are all a credit to this hotel and make it what it is, always smiling and happy to help where they can. We had booked a twin room as this was all that was available, but after asking at reception if the bed could made into a double they attended our request straight away and made us up a double bed. We would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to come back !! Thank you !!

We enjoyed our stay but there are pro and cons in every area and a few adjus**ents would make this a good 4 star. The location is good and the building work didn’t disturb us, but it is a bit of an eye sore currently. Reception is efficient and we were glad of their help on arrival when we had lost a padlock key. The staff are all very friendly and do their best to make you feel welcomed. Our room was nicely refurbished and the and well kept by housekeeping BUT no shelf in the shower? This has to be an accident waiting to happen. Also you’re not able to plug the lovely sink. This is tricky to have a dry shave with. Also we would have preferred sliding doors on the balcony as the door opening outwards restricts your space. The food choice isn’t huge but benefits from that I think. Very tasty indeed. I would have loved some scoop ice cream of any sort and I missed that. It’s easy to find a sunbed and enjoyed our pool bar drinks and food. It would certainly benefit from some toilets in the pool area as it’s quite a walk into the hotel if you’re desperate

The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are freshly refurbished and well done. The views we had from 4th floor were second to none 😍 Pool was great, loads of loungers we were able to chase the sun and move around all day. We were bed and breakfast and not all inclusive, breakfast was lovely and included champagne for the win 🥂 The pool bar staff were super confused every time we wanted something as we were not all inclusive but we got there. Other than one lovely lady who checked in on us everyday I can’t really say much about the staff, they were not really very tentative however we absolutely fell in love with the animation rep Billy. He was funny, charming and felt like family after day 1. I would visit hotel again especially if Billy is still there!! there’s loads of beautiful restaurants along the beach in walking distance and it was dead easy to get the bus into Protaras when we fancied a busier night.

Great hotel clean and friendly the animation team were brilliant the boy (could not remember his name) was fantastic and a credit to the hotel friendly,polite and helpful. Will definitely be returning next year.great location and food was superb. Thankyou guys for making our holiday one to remember

What can i say apart from outstanding. The all inclusive food is superd. Lamb, seafood risotta, salmon, pork, beef. We never had thr same meal twice. The cocktails are amazing and not the usual all inclusive watered down nonsense The staff go.above and beyond and nothing is too much trouble This is the first hotel we will def return to Thank you for a fabulous week

We have just returned from the golden coast hotel. We had the best time. The hotel was very modern and clean. The drinks were branded. The food was also delicious. I went as a large family of 45 and all said how wonderful the hotel was. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I also had my wedding at the golden coast hotel and felicity (wedding planner) is a credit to the hotel. She was always available to answer questions and everything I asked for of my special was delivered to high standards. Felicity was by my side throughout the day checking everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend getting married at this hotel as felicity will make sure that your day is perfect. I will definitely return in the future .

Excellent all round holiday. Nothing was too much for any of the staff in any depar**ent, from the restaurant to the poolside bar and reception our every need was catered for we really can’t fault a single thing. We will definitely return in the future.

This is my first all-inclusive holiday since developing anaphylaxis-level allergies to nuts. We were told to let reception know when we arrived that I had allergies, and talk to chef. They were really knowledgeable and confirmed they were happy to make me meals separately. After that, I found the trick was to talk to the senior wait staff and Stelios (please thank him again for me!) took of me pretty much every meal. He was genuinely amazing - always kind and up for a joke, and he remembered my needs and what I liked. He made me feel really safe eating here. Otherwise, the pools are lovely, the rooms are very posh and nicely done up, and the rest of the staff were stellar (attempting Greek is always appreciated!) There are cats all over the property - they ensure there are no rodents or big bugs - but we loved fussing them by the church on an evening (and sneaking them a bit of meat in addition to the dry food the hotel puts out for them). We really loved our stay here 😊
