Pet Friendly Hotels in Florence

A Tuscan escape, private villa style experience, great service, very attentive and extremely pleasant staff, great breakfast, lunch and dinner, beautiful pool, landscape, views of hills and city of Florence. Need a car to be able to go anywhere, or be willing to be a bit adventurous and take a public bus that stops nearby on the highway and requires a bus change to go to Florence, but on the way back goes directly to the resort from Florence (you need to learn the name of your stop and tell the bus driver to stop there, as busses only stop if they see people waiting at the stop or if a ypassenger requires it). The busses run every 20-30 min according to the time schedule (you will be given it) and take about 10-15 min to get to and from Piazza dela Liberta in Florence (look it up on Google map). Taxis are always available, will cost about €30 per trip (10-15 min ride). Remember, this is a villa style resort outside of Florence. It was beautiful, we loved it.

Facilities: The room is not big, but very comfortable. The hotel building has nothing to do with Brooks. The interior design is very comfortable. The hotel has two restaurants, Michelin 2 stars! I ordered a dish that was really good. Hygiene: clean Environment: convenient. In the old center of Florence, 5 minutes between the Dome and the Town Hall. 15 minutes walk to the train station. Also relatively quiet.

I made a wonderful memory. Good point. The location is great. The staff was also kind and nice stay. The antique furniture and decoration are wonderful. I'm sorry. There is no refrigerator. There are about 10 steps from the entrance to the elevator entrance.

Pros: great location, just a few steps from a few must see of the city. Cons:the noise of morning workers cleaning or making deliveries in the morning (7-8am) and tourist making their way through the alleys and streets to or from hotels, bar, etc. will carry to tour room... maybe disrupting your sleep. Also, if you're going to arrive after the reception closes it can get tricky or stressful as you have to reach out an on-call reception person (in my case it took 3 dials in to hear from them, I got delayed 20min. on the road and the person left and have to call again). The lock of my room and for the constant slamming of doors rooms seem to be a bit tricky to operate. Finally, the safe in my room was looked at my arrival, so I couldn't use it. Not the best value and wouldn't recommend it.

This is a great value accommodation option in Florence; it's hard to find such a good hotel at this price. The neighborhood is quiet at night, yet close to the attractions. The front desk was very helpful in helping us with our luggage and guiding us to check-in. The hotel provides a refrigerator and a shared kitchen. Breakfast, while simple, was also very plentiful.

Very friendly and in a good location. A lot of minibar inclusions. Just don't waste your time going for the breakfast option, because you get a voucher for a croissant and a coffee in a place walking distance from the accommodation.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there were a few issues that could be improved. On the second night, our towels were not replaced. In addition, the air conditioning was not cooling properly. We reported this to the staff on the first night, but unfortunately, the issue was not fully resolved. There was also quite a lot of noise during the night, which made it difficult for us to sleep well. We hope these issues can be addressed to improve future guests' experience.

The location is good, but far from the main sights. Great breakfast, enough before lunch. What didn't like was the hearing from the next room, there was constantly someone coughing and watching the TV loud, because of it bad sleep. The minus was a very small shower for me, the toilet is right under the shower, the second time I wouldn't stop at this hotel. Good view from the window and breakfast has broken down the minus.

Exceeded all expectations! I thought a hotel in an old building would be run-down, but the room was beautifully renovated. It was small but had everything you needed and was very comfortable. The lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. She let us check in early as soon as a room was available, and answered all our questions throughout our stay. The breakfast room offers stunning views of Florence, with the cathedral dome and swifts that have migrated back from Africa after winter flying by the window.

The food, people, and location are really nice. However, the facilities are old. The door frame of the toilet suddenly dropped off and nearly hurt my friend. I hope they can improve them. Also, it is very safe for ladies to stay. The location is quiet and safe even at night. Although there isn't any elevator, the staff are friendly to help you to put your luggage to your room.
