I love staying at this beautiful hotel. It’s a convenient location.

Bad reception bad service they hustled they were so rude ..

The overall hotel view was as promised, falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was splendid. However the upkeep of the property is poor. They redirected the walk to the pool to accommodate a bar and restaurant and to get to the pool I had to walk at the side of the building where I had to turn sideways just to go through, there was also no seating area by the pool, and the upkeep is terrible. Better attention needs to be placed on the property.

The hotel boasts an elegant ambiance, with spacious, bright rooms and comfortable bedding. The service is attentive and thoughtful. Its convenient location, coupled with plenty of nearby amenities, makes it exceptional value for money. I had an extremely satisfying stay and highly recommend it!

The cleanliness and overall environment were excellent, and the service was spot-on. Its location is incredibly convenient for Patong's bar street. As a frequent visitor to Phuket, I can confidently say the location here is truly unbeatable – you can easily walk to the bar street for drinks.

The view from the room and the endless pool was absolutely spectacular.… Everything else, Ehh.  I did choose the hotel for the views offered. And I was not disappointed in that specific area.

The hotel wasn’t something I saw online, I regret paying for such ****, when actually their are better option.

1. There were cockroaches in the room. 2. The balcony glass door didn't slide smoothly and was very difficult to slide. 3. The shower water wasn't hot. I asked the front desk to adjust it for a long time, but it was still lukewarm. 4. The view from the infinity pool was beautiful, but the outside facilities were old and dusty, as if they had never been cleaned.
