Courtyard by Marriott Phuket, Patong Beach Resort Reviews

Our hotel room and most public areas / facilities are newly renovated. Room renovation is on-going (disturbance is minimal to none) which I think is the reason the pools are not as crowded as I expected (hotel not at full capacity). We are a family of 4, our 2 kids really enjoyed the pools and water slides. The beach is just across the street from the back entrance of the hotel. Lots of food options around the hotel, from local restaurants to international franchise brands. Big shopping malls are just 10 minutes walk away.

Fantastics front desk staff and overall a very good experience with this resort. Breakfast is super and there is a back passage way that lead straight to the sea side beach. Resort is just next to Hard Rock Cafe for those who loves HRC, fyi. Its very walkable distance within Patong beach area, and easy to find what you need, such as restaurants, cafes, pub and yes the massage. For those who are keen to take the local Smart Bus from Patong Beach to the Airport, it is only 100bht, however expect a slightly longer journey time required (subject to road traffic condition, i was lucky to reach the airport in 75mins). Fyi the bus operates by a timetable schedule (see from 1 of the picture enclosed, timing might change, so it make sense for you to re-confirm in advance.). Enjoy!

The staffs are friendly. Great location, easy access to Patong night life and Patong beach. A kid friendly hotel. We will be back. Thanks for the great hospitality.

When we entered, the lobby, it looked very modest but staff was great! Check in took a while but we got an upgrade to a better room in the renovated section. The room was great- spacious with a balcony, with all basic amenities. The bed was great and there were soft and medium pillows. The whole property has many different accommodations but the renovated block is the one facing the main road. Location worked or great for us as we could just walk out to the street where there were massage parlors, shopping restaurants etc. The kids club was great too. They have different activities everyday for kids and adults. The staff there is absolutely wonderful!! Breakfast has different stations - salad, breads & pastries, Indian etc but we felt it a bit lacking because we are vegetarian. There weren’t enough options. All in all we had a great time here! I have to repeat the staff here is amazing well trained, courteous and always ready to help!!

I like this hotel because it’s very near to Patong beach and the jungle mall … The hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly also

Good experience overall. 3 swimming pools to choose from. Room was spacious with balcony. They gave a complimentary buffet dinner as the hotel was undergoing renovations. There was a variety of food to choose from the buffet spread (for both breakfast and dinner), however the food was not very tasty. Reception staff could be more friendly and accommodating. We asked for a late check-out. The staff at the counter refused us. However, we tried our luck again at night with a change over of staff, they permitted it.

A very pleasant trip,the people both so nice ，the hotel is beautiful and clean，also nearby the beach ，the restaurant and club are both nearly，the last night I missed iPhone on the bubu bus，the driver was so friendly to took it back for me，I thought I must have lost it.The feeling of getting it back has given me a deep experience in Thailand, thank you.

Hi We had wonderful time in this hotel. The hotel has beautiful swimming pools and gardens with flowers and tall palm trees. Room are always cleaned by hotel staff and well managed though facility itself has history. Breakfast also is very delicious. We will get back for our next holidays. Thanks!

location is good

This hotel price is valuable. The location is out of standing near by all you need and very calm & quite during sleeping time. I recommend this hotel to every one. 5 to 10 minutes to Bangla road nightlife also 2 minutes to the Patong beach. To me this hotel is fantastic snd i will recommend it to all friends. The hotel stuff very supportive and willing to help any time you ask for. The breakfast is reasonable and to me fair enough. Thank you for Trip.com for the express services
