Pullman accommodation in Phuket

The hotel's overall environment is good, and the room is average, but the sea view is nice. My biggest complaint is the poor soundproofing; I couldn't get a good night's sleep. It was especially noticeable on the first night; I was woken up several times, and I didn't know the source of the noise. I spoke to the front desk, and they said they'd send someone to check, but no one ever came. After staying a couple more days, I observed that the wardrobe sliding doors would vibrate loudly whenever the next-door room closed their door.

You need a shuttle car to get around, which is pretty fast but a bit of a hassle. The bathroom in the room was too slippery; there was no mat in the shower, making it very slick. The cleaning staff were very careless. The restaurant service was decent. However, the restaurant prices were double those of the places outside. It's convenient to walk to the beach in 5 minutes. The pool is nice.

My wife and I went for a trip to Phuket and stayed here. The service is great. Staff (callout to Julian) are friendly and made us feel at home. If you are there, you can participate in their free activities and we enjoyed the kayaking at the calm waters and walking along the marine coast during low tide. There's also shuttle bus out to the Old Town if you want to go to the night market.
