Beach Hotels in Phuket

This stay far exceeded my expectations, highly recommended! The staff were warm and polite, check-in and check-out were very quick, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was spotless, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, making for a very quiet night and a high-quality rest. The bathroom had a wet and dry separation, comprehensive toiletries, and stable hot water. Breakfast offered a rich variety and tasted great.

The room facilities are very new, and the hotel environment is beautiful. It's quite close to the airport, which was convenient as I had an early flight the next day. The hotel has its own clean, uncrowded beach, making it a great choice if you're traveling with kids and just want to relax at the hotel and play on the sand. For meals or grocery shopping, the hotel provides a tuk-tuk service every 50 minutes during the day and every 30 minutes in the evening. By the way, the pizza place nearby is pretty good, and there's also an elephant feeding experience with two elephants, which was quite fun.

Excellent hotel! My child attended many workshops and activities. The staff are caring and attentive, huge thanks to them. There are plenty of sun loungers by the pool, always a spot to relax, and an excellent bar with delicious cocktails. The housekeeping is top-notch; our room was cleaned twice a day and the bed was made. The hotel has a very convenient app with all the information you need, and you can even order extra necessities to your room. I ordered an additional pillow and there were several different types to choose from. The breakfasts are excellent, and on certain days, there are seafood dinners. The buffet includes oysters, crab, shrimp, and hot dishes, all for 1250 baht. We will definitely be back. This is one of the best hotels for our vacation ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at Graceland Resort—I can’t be any happier. I arrived pretty late at night, and all I asked for was a nice, quiet room. The front desk lady Jenny at that time of night was incredibly considerate and sweet .She upgraded me to a pool room, and I truly appreciate that. Also, there was a lovely cleaning lady Kanyakorn who cleaned me room every day and was very attentive and pleasant , she let me borrowed the iron exceptionally longer period of time😅Overall, I felt taken care of and very welcomed. The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was okay—I’d rate it about 6.7 out of 10—but the hotel itself is beautiful. It has a couple of pools and it’s right on the beach, with many restaurants around. Hotel got a small gym as well which is good enough for few days workout and oh yes they offer complimentary half an hour morning trainings as well which was nice . I also remember a v kind gesture from them i ordered late night food and they forgot to deliver to bring and on being reminded the food and beverage manager felt terribly sorry and wanted to send free meal next day which wasn’t needed for me so I declined politely but they were so sweet they still ended up sending a fruit platter to room.In all , with such great hospitality, I would definitely come back to the hotel. Customer service was awfully wonderful.

Located in the vibrant Patong area, this hotel offers direct access to the beach from its back entrance 🏖️. The breakfast is also quite good, and the diverse facilities live up to its 'resort & spa' designation. Kids can enjoy various activities at the kids' club or play in the generously sized children's pool area, which is specifically designed for them.

My stay at this hotel was wonderful, and this is my sixth time staying here. The place is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the service is excellent. All the staff were cooperative and friendly. I would like to extend my thanks to all the staff in general, and specifically to Ms. Cha for her high professionalism, kindness, and her constant eagerness to help with a smile. She was quick to respond to my requests and made my stay more comfortable and exceptional. I thank her for her excellent attention, and I will be returning to the hotel again on July 27th, thanks to the excellent level of service.

The environment is great, the hotel is large, and the cleanliness is well-maintained and prompt. The rooms are also very spacious. There's a buggy service that takes you anywhere you need to go, and it arrives quickly. The park itself has a wonderful ecosystem, with peacocks, chickens, and kittens roaming around.

Close to the airport, we arrived at the hotel at 12 PM for an early flight. We initially planned to drop off our luggage, grab lunch, and then check in. To our surprise, the front desk lady was incredibly enthusiastic and helped us arrange three adjacent rooms for an early check-in. The service was truly exceptional! A big thank you to Berry for the arrangements! Also, several gentlemen proactively offered to drive the kids and elderly back to their rooms. The service was beyond words! The pool and facilities were great, and the kids loved them. Breakfast was also very high quality. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next trip to Phuket!

Spectacular views of the sea from the rooms make this resort a winner for feelings of peace and solitude. My room included a ceiling fan and a separate rain shower next to the bath tub. A massive free breakfast buffet starts the day for most guests, with changing options on a daily basis. Before breakfast I walked down the steep driveway to the private beach to swim either in the sea or the small pool next to it. At 7 am there is nobody around. One morning I took out a kayak (one hour free) which had stunning panoramic views. There are two swimming pools by the resort’s main building and both are delightful for swimming and relaxing. Nothing much to do in the evening and the TV channel selection could be expanded with movie channels (e.g., HBO, Cinemax), educational channels like Discovery Asia, and nature channels like BBC Earth and Love Nature. I partook in a 90 minute herbal pack massage which was a bit pricy but very professional. Both lunch and dinner menus have sufficient variety of dishes and food quality was good. Staff were always helpful. In summary, Supalai Scenic Bay Resort is a wonderfully serene experience at a very reasonable room price.          

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Sunset Beach Resort. The facilities are a bit dated, but they are well maintained, which I truly appreciate. You can tell the resort takes good care of what it has. The location is generally fine, though the beach directly in front of the resort isn’t the best. Patong Beach is about a 300+ meter walk away, which is manageable, just something to note for guests who expect a beachfront swimming spot. The only part that slightly affected our experience was the shuttle service — not a big issue, but a memorable one. On 1 February, around 5:30 PM, we informed the front desk that we needed the 6:30 PM shuttle to Bangla Street. We even confirmed it twice and were told to sit and wait, as the staff would notify us when the shuttle arrived. We made sure they knew exactly where we were waiting. By 7:00 PM, after no update, we went back to the front desk only to be told that the shuttle had already left. The staff apologized and admitted she had overlooked us, and arranged the next shuttle. Nothing serious — just an unexpected extra 30 minutes of “resort relaxation time” we hadn’t planned for. 😊 Still, aside from this hiccup, the stay was comfortable, and with a bit more attention to shuttle coordination, the experience would be even better.
