Best Phuket Spa Hotels

This is an amazing resort for family members, especially kids who enjoy playing in the water slide and playground. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is close to everything you need. It seems like renovated since came here last time.

The hotel is located perfectly on the beach with a vibrant road access.  The food and drinks are great and  well priced. The staff is very friendly.We really enjoyed our stay & will return to this hotel.

The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed our attention to the hotel. We loved everything!; I highly recommend for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, serene atmosphere and customer service. A big thumbs up! And they have pinoy staff named Friday she is so accomodating and helped us to stay at the lobby and offer the amenities for us to use whie waiting for our flight at night…

The hotel is well located, unfortunately the beach concept is not what we expected (sand beach) so that was disappointing. The breakfast was oriented mainly to Chinese taste so that was another disappointment. Moreover, only two days out of four there was two types of fruits (watermelon and pineapple).

A nice place to stay. Great location. One of the few seafront hotels on Karon beach. Nice pool area. The sunbeds are always available. Breakfasts are good, the area not crowded. Attention!!! The hotel is 18+, so there are lots of elder people, being 44 years, I was one of the youngest guests. So do not expect fun and joy, more of relax type. No gym in the hotel. They provide access to the other hotel's gym, which is not very close. Liked the place, but not sure I will return.

This is a very nice and well located hotel. All amenities are offered and nearby to many restaurants (Red Corner is especially good). The only complaint I had was that I found 3 very large cockroaches in my room within 5 mins of checking in. I informed reception and was offered to have someone bring bug spray, but eventually agreed to change my room. Staff was friendly, but communication was difficult at times. Overall, a nice place for a short stay.

We had a fantastic holiday at Sawdee in Thailand, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and top-notch hospitality that made us feel truly welcome. We stayed in a swim-up room, and it was absolutely incredible! Having direct access to the pool made our experience so much more enjoyable, especially for the kids who loved being able to jump in anytime. The room was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and offered stunning views of the pool area. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities provided made our stay feel luxurious. The hotel facilities were impeccable, with a beautifully maintained pool, a well-equipped fitness centre, and a variety of dining options that catered to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a particular highlight, offering a wide selection of delicious local and international dishes – a perfect way to start the day! Location-wise, the hotel is in an ideal spot – close to key shops and the beach, yet still peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The staff were always available to provide helpful recommendations on local tours and hidden gems to explore, making our holiday even more memorable. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the team put into ensuring that our family had an unforgettable experience. From the thoughtful touches in the room to the excellent customer service, everything was beyond our expectations. If you're considering staying at Sawdee, don't hesitate! It's the perfect place for families, couples, or anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing and luxurious getaway. We can't wait to return!

I absolutely loved staying here. The location is perfect and there are pools that run throughout the length of the resort. The rooms are great, the room service is fantastic and the ladies on the front desk were warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back within 12 months

The hotel is very nice. Good breakfasts, nice rooms, interesting pool with nice area for rest, aqua fitness, happy hours at the pool bar, free bicycle for 2 hours every day, beach bag and sleeppers in the room. Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition.

Enjoyed my stay at the Holiday Inn Express. A much better location to the beach, restaurants/ eateries, clean massages and shopping than the Holiday Inn resort. The breakfast was great a lot of variety and the food was fresh, the egg stations made great omelettes 👍🏼. Front office staff needs to be better trained especially the night shift crew, I needed help 1 night when I realised my lights in the room could not be switched on even after placing my key card in, she was SHOUTING on the phone that I needed to put my card in. Which I already did. Anyway, I requested for a maintenance crew to help and she used another card and it worked. 👍🏼 That front office staff seemed sheepish when she saw me but no apology for her rude shouting on the phone. I am guessing she had a very bad evening or insufficient sleep to work at the night shift causing the RUDE outburst. Other than that it was great👍🏼👍🏼.. Holiday Inn Express, please take care of your staff’s mental wellness. 😟😔
