This hotel was stunning. Located in the heart of the city. Very charming, it feels like going back in time.
Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Crystal at concierge was there for us all the time.
Definitely recommended.
Only down point: the hotel is very difficult to find. To keep a higher level of exclusivity there is not a single indication on the street. Took a while and some local help to manage.

去平遙出差，留下印象最深刻的還是入住“錦宅”，錦宅完全保留了原古院落的原貌、環境和風格，住在酒店感覺穿越到了明清時代，見證了晉商的發展和繁榮。酒店的工作人員服務好，非常有素養和禮貌，環境典雅幽靜，房間乾淨温馨，住在酒店如家裡一般温暖。非常難忘的入住體驗！

酒店裝修：古樸，典雅，用心。充滿着温潤的東方美學。保留了原來宅子的古物，細心修繕。酒店用了淡淡的香薰，進門就給人一種鬆弛感。
酒店服務：服務人員素質非常高，完勝連鎖五星級酒店，隨處都充滿着人文關懷。第一天進門時，天氣稍微有點熱，馬上奉上擦臉巾，還有檸檬薑汁，瞬間解除悶熱。出門時，一定會幫着開門、扶門。早餐時，幫你考慮周到。走的那天，酒店特意安排接送車送到東門門口。住在錦宅，真有一種賓至如歸的感覺。
酒店膳食：擺盤精緻，這不用多説了。但更加關鍵的是內在——用料考究，不加蔗糖白糖，果醬也是主打純天然，麪包也是自家烘焙。我個人主推綠豆小米粥，入口就有一股綠豆的清香，喚醒一天的早晨美好時光。
平遙真的是好地方，還會再來。下次住套房，豪華一回。現在先回去努力工作，賺銀兩。

設施：基礎環境很好，真正的古宅重新修葺，衞生間的配置略簡單，拉簾式洗浴很容易有味道和不適。
衞生：表面看起來衞生還可以，同住夥伴第二天脖子和腳踝上分別被咬了幾個連着的大包，以為是蚊子，但是到現在也又癢又疼，根據經驗應該跳蚤咬的，希望民宿重視。
環境：在古城中的位置很好，門頭低調，早餐也很乾凈合口。
服務：前期添加微信後回覆不是很及時，後期到了民宿後打消了疑慮，接待的員工都很熱情，叫車及時。
目前衹怕把跳蚤之類帶回家。😰

優點：
1、環境舒適，給人曲徑通幽的感覺。有一種安縵和悦榕莊的感覺，大堂、客房細節佈置拉滿，很棒！
2、安靜，特別安靜，在喧鬧的古城中隱於市，非常好。
3、衞生，很乾凈，沒有小蟲等平房常見的問題。布草也都乾淨，衞生間也很棒。
4、小院特別舒服，乾淨整潔，很素雅。沒有其他客棧那麼俗，沒有過分的燈光佈置，沒有過多的綠植，一點都不商業化，不落俗。
5、服務，無論是前台，還是保安、保潔，都每個人都禮貌有加，服務細緻體貼，柔聲細語，熱情大方。而且沒什麼方言口音，説明培訓的很到位，點贊！
缺點：酒店門頭太隱蔽，晚歸時容易找不到大門，建議大門多少弄亮點。小院晚上適當佈置一些指引燈，台階門檻容易看不清。香皂應該是手工皂，但做工有點糙，劃破手了，該換換 。所謂缺點也都是我觀察細緻的發現，無傷大雅。
總的來説，非常推薦，以後無論什麼時候去，都會再次入住，且衹會住這裏。

平遙最好的酒店，沒有之一。古宅院落的修復和房間的內飾佈局由知名設計師精心設計，完好的保留了晉風古宅的典雅素樸格調。夜裡在小院裏坐着喝口茶，靜謚而閑適，彷彿隨心就穿越回了百年前的一個無風的夜晚。
酒店給予了貼心的服務，下午還給準備了精緻的茶點。這次住在錦宅讓我們的平遙之行沒有任何遺憾。

五一假期帶家人來古城遊玩，考慮到假期人會很多，特別選了一個安靜的客棧住宿。初進“錦宅”，讓我眼前一亮，客棧的設計風格比我想象中的還要驚喜，優雅的環境，靜逸的別院，舒適的房間，客棧的每一個角落都經過精心設計，坐在院子裏喝喝茶，待在二樓的書吧看看書，彷彿時間都慢了下來。客棧的每一位工作人員都很友好，每次見面都面帶微笑，服務及時周到，值得一説的是客棧早餐很nice，品種豐富，客棧小姐姐説所有食材都是純手工製作，口味俱佳。客棧位置也很好，去哪都方便。這家客棧愛了愛了，長者小孩都很滿意，下次來古城還要來住。

實際入住後感覺真的是名不副實，設備落後，甚至可以説是簡陋了。1100多一天，這麼貴的價格，體驗還不如一般的快捷酒店。洗漱用具完全就是一個農家樂的水平。空調不能用，沒有午、晚餐。早餐簡單到極致了。真的不要去花這麼多冤枉錢去住了。

The Jing's Residence consists of four courtyards connected by corridors paved with black bricks in the ancient Chinese northern residence style. On offer are 19 rooms and suites outfitted with modern conveniences and comforts while preserving the original structure and all of its ancient natural charms. For guests convenience, check-in at this hotel occurs in rooms, forgoing the need for any line-ups.
The lobby, freed of a front desk, has as its focus a fireplace, repurposing the hotel entrance from a procedural role to a place wholly devoted to furnishing guests with an atmospheric public area. From the lobby, guests can access the hotel's dining outlet, which serves Chinese fare. Guests can also make use of the hotel's bar and its small library.
