Hotels in Pleasanton with Swimming Pools

I was in town for work (used to live in the Bay Area in SF) but never stayed in a hotel in the far East Bay. This was close to my office and had remodeled rooms. Overall my stay was good. The bathroom had longer counters and good lighting. The shower was nice. I don't love Marriott's product line for their Marriott branded hotels, but they had products, hair dryer, iron (no ironing board, which was weird). The bed was fine. Had a tv with netflix etc. Overall it was a decent stay. The staff at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. I booked a corporate rate which included a shuttle service, but the shuttle no longer runs, which is very misleading as it was tough to get an Uber (took over 20 minutes and made me late for both a covid test and my first meeting in the office). That needs to be adjusted. There's a nice bar in the lobby and a little store by the check in with other necessities if you need them. Overall this was an average Marriott stay.

After a long day flying into Oakland from the east coast in December with bad weather, we arrived frazzled & tired but ok. Since we were on east coast time, we just wanted to eat & go to bed. Michael, a front desk attendant, gave us outstanding customer service - the best we have ever seen from a front desk staff. He went out of his way for us as they tried to help us figure out a way to get to Lake Tahoe in between blizzards. There was also a female front desk clerk who was helping also but I forgot her name. He went above and beyond to make our stay. Thank you, Michael. Room was your typical Courtyard. It is an older hotel & definitely needs an upgrade. Good local owned restaurant next door. Right off the interstate 580 & about 20-25 minutes’ drive to Oakland airport without traffic. Cons: Hotel charges for parking. Not sure if they have problems in the area, but it seemed to be safe. It seemed strange to pay for parking for a hotel in the suburbs. The hotel's facilities are OK, there is a swimming pool and fitness facilities. You can take the 14th walk to San Francisco Premium Outlets, just a few stops. There is a Ross. BART station opposite Outlets. You can also walk a little farther. Walking distance can take 3 road to the Mall near the West Dublin/Presanton BART station, there are Macy's, JCPENNY, Apple and so on. It is recommended to watch the BUS interval on www.wheelsbus.com , and prepare the Clipper card on the BAR station or APP. Although the lighting is good, the air convection is not enough.

It was a nice location and service was up to par it has a nice pool and balcony in the room which was real convenient.i would for sure stay there again.

We've stayed here on a few occasions. It's like staying in a little home. Very comfortable. Pet friendly. Spacious and charming little studios and quiet. Didn't get to try the pool but it looks very clean. This does not have a Hotel or Motel feel to it at all. It's literally like a little home away from home.

The location is better, parking is convenient, and the surrounding life is also more convenient, especially not far from the large Aotelai Shopping Center, which can be described as a shopping paradise. Wi-Fi is automatically connected, and the network speed is also OK. There is no elevator, which is the most inconvenient place to carry luggage. In addition, the room does not provide free bottled water.

My stay was great. I actually called the morning of my arrival because I wanted early check in (early check in cost applied and based on availability) because I was attending a conference at a nearby church. I was able to check in early and drop off my suitcase in my room. Also upon check in, they put my room on the quieter side of the hotel and also had a few extra foam pillows for me. I had put this note in the comments on my reservation. The room was clean. I could see the vacuum marks on the sofa (which tells me they vacuum that after every guest). The bed was super comfortable as all Hilton beds are. Shower was hot. I did not hear any noise from the freeway. I had no noise complaints. Everything was in working order. I needed a few papers printed out and I was not able to connect my laptop to the printer (company security on my laptop), Crystal (Front Office Manager) was able to print them out for me. I had a few meals at the hotel (menu pictured as of 1.21.23). Dinner: I had the chicken Cesar salad with beef barley soup, both were good.I think the chicken to salad ratio is off (probably can use adjustment to also save on food waste). Barley soup was good. The soup came with crackers. No bread came with the salad or soup. Breakfast: I had two scrambled eggs with fruit and bacon. To be honest, I think I accidentally ordered from the kids menu. 🤦🏽‍♀️. It was a perfect amount for me. I added avocado to my order as well. The fruit was fresh and did not look old (which was great). Parking: plenty of parking including some Electric Vehicle charging. The lots is shared with the Club next door. No issues with parking (break-ins, etc.). Overall the staff was great and ready to help. Food was good. Room was comfortable and relaxing. Thank you to the lady who checked me in and the gentlemen I spoke to over the phone. Everyone I encountered were great.

I am just finishing up a 6 night stay at AC Pleasanton and it was excellent. Great work to Jason and all the front desk staff that worked hard to make my stay great, even during this difficult Covid times! Rooms were well appointed, clean and staff were very helpful. Good work and I will be back for sure!
