MarSenses Puerto Pollensa Hotel & Spa

We've recently got back from our second stay at the Mar Senses. The hotel is ideally situated in Puerto Pollensa, you literally walk 150 yds and are on the beach. However, it's the staff that really make this hotel, from the reception you get on arrival, to the staff in the dining area, cleaners, life guard, they are all so friendly and helpful. On one of our days there, my phone screen froze solid, which wouldn't normally be an issue, but it contained our return boarding cards, the time of pick up for our return to the airport and also it was the contact no for our taxi home from Manchester. After messing about with it, trying this and that, I decided to go to reception and spoke to Carla to see if there was a suitable phone shop in Puerto Pollensa that could have a look at it, as I feared it needed a new screen. Carla did advise of a shop about 15 mins walk away, but she Googled how to force a shut down and restart of the make of my phone, just to see if that would cure the issue. Low and behold it worked, my phone shut down and restarted and was back to life again. I cannot thank Carla enough for the extra service she gave that day. If you're looking for a hotel in Puerto Pollensa, that's ideally located, with good food, cleanliness with helpful and friendly staff, look no further than the Mar Senses.

5 out 5. Great food and amazing staff. Great location. Highly recommended. Been to this hotel and number of times and it is always a pleasure to stay. Very accommodating for cyclist. But also perfect for families and couples. Nothing bad to say about this hotel

Our first time in the hotel, two junior suites for sole occupancy. Rooms are beautiful, so spacious, modern clean etc. The staff in all areas are wonderful, helpful, friendly and so professional. The location is a couple of minutes from the sea front promenade, which is a lovely area to walk at any time of the day, with lots of restaurants and places to get a drink or a coffee. I can’t find anything negative to say so I won’t. We had a lovely week and hopefully will be back.

A beautiful hotel in a lovely part of Majorca. Friendly and welcoming staff. Good facilities. A bikers haven during the cycling season. Loved the eco touch with the use of the herb garden by the chefs. Drinks were pricey. Good B/fast and dinner. Sadly didn't get a chance to use the spa.

Absolutely awesome! Could not fault anything about our stay. We usually stay at PortBlue, but wanted to be central for our cycling holiday. Will never go back to PortBlue now! Gorgeous rooms, staff so friendly. Location spot on. The Slipper Bath in the suite was so relaxing. Fantastic choices of food at breakfast and dinner. Only used the snack bar once as we were out cycling most days, but again, perfect. Entertainment was fantastic. Spa lovely. Rooms were so modern and clean. Hotel was immaculate - always staff cleaning. Already have the holiday blues and can’t wait to return one day soon🙏 thanks for an amazing holiday ❤️
