I had a wonderful experience, on my last stay at this facility. The place was very clean and the personnel were very professional. I loved the room,and the breakfast was very nice.

The higher floor was great. The view is beautiful patio was comfortable. The room was very quiet even though it was near the elevator there was no problem at all. The beds were comfortable the pillows were very soft but not my style however they were great the Jacuzzi has no jets working. Justin at the front desk said That since the water was hot it was half working. I overall had a great time and I would stay here again it’s right on the beach and it has a good pool a nice Children swim area separate from the pool with the fence and the parking was free. All the staff were very nice overall

Management was made aware of issues and made little or no attempt to rectify. We booked two rooms, in the second room the water did not work so my family members were unable to take showers, the front office was made aware immediately. They showed up the next night at 8:30 pm to look at it, it remained not working. We were told they were fully booked and no other rooms were available. My brother has cancer and was not up to searching for and moving to another hotel so we toughed it out. In addition the rooms are not clean and the food service is unsanitary. I have stayed at Wyndham hotels previosly and have never had an experience as terrible as this.

This Quality Inn is in a great location. The front desk lady was friendly , the breakfast was very good. All employees that we came in contact with were nice and efficient. The hotel was clean. The only complaint was that the room was very damp, carpet, sheets, towels. My husband's hat was wet the next morning. We stayed because we checked in late but it was uncomfortable. I am a Quality Inn fan & I know the humidity is high right now so maybe that was it. This wouldn't keep me from trying it again because everything else was great.

My husband and I enjoy staying right on the beach, and we also prefer staying at Hiltons, so this hotel is just perfect for us. It has become our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Ormond Beach. I love the mini kitchen we had in our room! The bathroom is designed for convenience and includes soap and shampoo dispensers in the shower. What a unique idea! The view from our balcony was awesome! (We were on the 5th floor.) The staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are planning a trip to Ormond Beach, and not sure where to stay, this is the place!

Great hotel!! beautiful view of the ocean. Was super nice to wake up and watch the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee. Loved the art work in our room. very clean everything worked great.

This is a truly amazing hotel. We had the pleasure of enjoying several days here with family. The hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff was great. Rooms are very nice - spend more for an ocean view room...it's worth it. I will attach a picture of the view from my hotel room balcony. We had multiple breakfasts and dinners at the hotel - each meal was outstanding. The pool is great. The hot tub is awesome. The beach access is fantastic. So why wasn't the hotel rated five stars? They only have two very tiny, slow elevators for a hotel with eight floors. We are already planning our next visit.
