Loved the stay at enotel. Kids club is great for families and provide great entertainment for the children. Pools are numerous, differentiated and with options for kids and adults. Food buffet is Ok, would benefit from a bit more variety of fruits. Rooms are nice and spacious but a refurb would be welcomed, TVs are small and from the 2000s, time to replace them. Direct access to the beach is great. Adult entertainment is very good too. A lá carte restaurant options are good but should have a bit more variety, usually only 2-3 options each.

This is a wonderful all-inclusive resort for a family vacation. Kids of any age will have a wonderful time. The property is big, and you can find something for everyone. The food and drinks are of remarkably high quality.
The only small complaint is the internet quality is poor if you're travelling internationally. I would expect better internet in the rooms. But they do have a business center if fast internet.
I would recommend go back if I'm ever back in Porto de Galinhas.

Negatives: Without a concierge, guests are lost at reception. Check-in took a long time due to few employees available. Pool towels are located behind reception, which makes it difficult for guests to access and change them. Restaurants close at 9pm. Difficult access to the blocks, having to take corridors and elevators that sometimes don't work. Garden lights go out at 10pm and you have to use cell phone lights to illuminate the path between the blocks. Few employees in the lobby bar which overloads them.
At checkout, the employee was very antisocial, like…bye, it's late!
Positives: bar, restaurant, cleaning and maintenance staff are very receptive and cheerful.

Giant resort with lots of options for children, several swimming pools, several restaurants but the food is not good. Excellent service, but the hotel is old, the rooms need renovation and amenities, for the cost-benefit it's NOT WORTH IT! very expensive daily rates and little return, old bathroom with old and dirty floors, old beds with moldy coverings. None of the common areas, none of the restaurants have air conditioning, the heat is infernal, not even ceiling fans, which creates an unhealthy environment with flies in the food, totally unhygienic and uncomfortable. For the price of the daily rates and for being a bad resort with
High rating, the structure of the place is expected to be very good, which is not the reality!
