Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

Some very pleasant staff, others not so much. Customer service can improve but in Porto Velho, the hotel can be considered the best choice.

Quarto simples, antigo com cheiro de esgoto. Reclamei e me ofereceram a possibilidade de mudar para um quarto novo com um preço bem mais caro do que eu havia pago.

Hotel estava muito sujo, a recepção e restaurante impecável porém dentro do quarto toalhas encardidas, lençol com manchas de sujeira, rejunte super encardido com muita sujeira, sinceramente na cidade possui hotéis com metade do valor é mais higiene, sem falar uma moça da recepção extremamente indelicada!
