we stayed in the two summer apartments as we were all family .Absolutely beautiful apartments and theycouldn't do enough to help .The lakeside is stunning and with free paddleboards and pedalos. We made wonderful use of the bbq area .Perfect location .Would recommend to anyone and will definitely go again .The balconies have fabulous views

What a great place to stay and visit the Wörthersee area. Great amenities, lovely beach area with generous amount of deck chairs and umbrellas, sup boards etc. The apartment is lovely decorated and with all comforts. Close to shops and train station, excellent choice for a great vacation!

Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ist traumhaft! Alles liebevoll eingerichtet und vorhanden, Kaminholz, Teelichte, Kissen, Küchenutensilien - einfach Top. Der Blick über den See und der private Badezugang waren hervorragend. Am Steg konnten wir das SUP kostenfrei nutzen. Da wir allein in der Villa waren, hatten wir auch das Seebad für uns allein. Liegen, Kissen und Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Die Villa und der super gepflegte Garten strahlt einen Charme aus, den man wunderbar genießen kann. Ja, in der ersten Nacht störte etwas die Bahnstrecke hinterm und der Verkehr vorm Haus. Wir hatten uns ab der zweiten Nacht daran gewöhnt. Die Betten sind top, das Bad hochwertig. Alles sehr sauber.

Wir waren Ende September 2022 bei herrlichem Sonnenschein zu Gast in Ihrer einmalig schönen Wohnung Nr.3 "Rosen & Ginster" mit tollem Blick auf den Wörthersee. Die Lage der Villa, alle Einrichtungen, der große sonnige Balkon, der offene Kamin (Holz vorhanden), der schöne Garten, alle Sanitäreinrichtungen und die Boxspringbetten (wir haben noch nie so gut geschlafen) lassen keine Wünsche offen. Da die Wohnung 2 separate Schlafzimmer incl. doppeltem Bad und Toiletten besitzt, ist sie perfekt für 3 (oder 4) Personen. Zudem befindet sich die Wohnung in sehr gutem Zustand, und war bei unserer Ankunft perfekt sauber und geputzt. Wir kommen sicher wieder und werden Sie uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen
