Cleaned room, good location, walkable to many attractions and cafes. We love Prague!

Nice large apartment in a central location, about 15 minutes walk from the train station, and even less to a metro station connecting to the airport. There are also trams running very close by. There is a very wide selection of restaurants nearby, and a couple of bakeries and supermarkets. There was a heat wave on when we arrived, so that was one time we missed air conditioning! There was a fan in the apartment which definitely helped. It would have been even better to have two, one for each room, rather than to keep moving it between the living room and bedroom. It would also have been nice to have a somewhat better stocked kitchen, with pods for the coffee machine, some tea bags and some oil for cooking. The kitchen was adequately supplied with crockery, cutlery, cups and glasses, and cookware. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was one issue I should mention. I completed the online check-in weeks before my trip using my driving licence was ID - which was acceptable according to the website. I got a message one day before arrival saying that the ID was not acceptable and that I should use my passport. I was already on my travels at that point, but luckily had my passport with me (which EU travellers might not). And when I called them about this issue, the staff were very helpful. Nevertheless, it would have been better if they had verified my online registration well in advance and raised the issue earlier rather than just 1 day before!

What a cute place! Super ideal for those of whom want to spend a good deal of time in the old town Prague. It takes around 15mins from the door to the old town square and the astronomical clock by walk. If you are going to some other place in Prague the public transportation is also super convenient around the location! Check in process is very smooth. Hand in the information beforehand and receive the code very in time. Have no problem with getting access to the building or check out. Place itself was clean and quiet. The whole place was delivering a home feeling instead of a hotel or an Airbnb vibe. Mattresses and bed linens were also super comfy. We fallen asleep immediately after our heads touched the pillows. The only downside I would say maybe it requires to check out before 10am? It would be very great if we are able to stay there until 11am.

I liked almost everything. The only minor inconvenience was with the beds — out of 5 sleeping places, three were fold-out beds

All are very good! Just a very minor about the coffee capsules…. We have the coffee machine but not the capsules..
