Very characteristic of the classic style, the hotel of the Czech aristocratic old house, the exterior is quaint and the interior is modern. Warm service, arrive in the morning, put down your luggage and go on a tour, check in early at 10:00. The location is very good, you can visit the Charles Bridge or the Prague Castle in 10 minutes on foot. Fruits are placed indoors. Free wine and cheese are served at 4-5 pm. The restaurant is warmly decorated and has a rich breakfast. It is registered in Michelin. It is still to be evaluated as “Star” and Western food. There are many antique furniture and animal specimens in the public area, and the spa and sauna are great, that is, the water temperature is slightly lower. There is also a massage service and no time to enjoy.

I liked our stay at the Augustine. Nice bed and nice pillows. The staff were friendly and wanted us to have a comfortable stay. I used the sauna and steam rooms that was quite good with the complimentary ginger tea. The hotel is central to most places the castle, the Charles bridge were all within walking distances. The negatives the breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel and needs to be addressed quickly. We went to the breakfast room and the buffet was not great. We ordered from the menu not great too. It would also be lovely to have some biscuits in the room to go with the Nespresso coffee.

Location: Although not in the old city, but the surrounding is very quiet, Prague law and order is also good, although no one but feels very safe, and although on the river side, but close to the Grand Palace, walk to the Charles Bridge for 5 minutes. I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great! Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

The service is in place so that an apartment hotel with a 24-hour front desk service is not easy to find. The room rate included breakfast, because we had to get up early to catch the train, and told the front desk that we couldn’t eat breakfast. The front desk arranged the take-away breakfast that was prepared the night before, and praised it.

The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the most famous attraction Charles Bridge, 2 to 3 minutes walk. It is not far from other attractions and can be reached on foot. Crossing the Charles Bridge is the old town. Prague Castle is on this side of the town. We booked the best room in the hotel, it is a delicate suite, very large, the inner room is a bedroom, the outer room is a living room, a sofa set, wardrobe, writing desk, etc. The wooden furniture is also classic. The toilet is independent, not in the suite, in short it is a luxury suite. To be honest, the breakfast was so-so, with less content, croissants, cheese, cold milk, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt. It can only be considered full, not good. Prague is a place suitable for footsteps, not for driving. I did not find a parking space in the hotel. In addition, the elevator was so small that it was crowded when three people entered. There are more Chinese in this hotel.

A lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The hotel is right at the end of the Charles bridge so it’s really easy to get to all of the main sights around the city. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. The room was spacious, and toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Would recommend.

I must say this was the coziest, warmest, cleanest, most beautiful acomodation i had, and i do travel a lot. The room in the attic was huge, ridiculously confortable bed, with a great design based on wood. Be sure to interact with the People at the reception, for they are profesional, helpful, funny and have a lot of tips. For us, it was Adam and Martin who greeted us and they were so nice, we actually mentioned them a lot in our stories back at home. Be sure to book a room at this place for it is located right where everything happens and best value for money you can get. Dear 3 Golden Crowns, you will forever be in my heart ❤️
