酒店服務真是太貼心了，免費接送讓人很温暖。
酒店位置也好，背靠梅子湖和步行棧道，所在的小鎮也乾淨安靜，街道兩邊的鳳凰樹花正熱烈盛開。
很喜歡酒店的設計風格，也很喜歡普洱這座茶與咖啡飄香的小城。

環境很好住了兩個晚上，客服特別用心4號晚上玩到11點後才回酒店，本想問有沒洗衣機，客服直接説幫我拿去洗衣機洗並幫涼在涼衣間，第二天早上過去收就行，服務好周到，酒店設計風格也很喜歡，布草也很舒服，枕頭有多種選擇，很人性。
下次有機會再來普洱也還住這。

普洱之行很幸運訂到這家酒店，確實很棒，裝修風格很喜歡，都是我喜歡的，小院子很美，坐在院子發呆很舒服，服務很人性化，工作人員都特別友善，因為不吃豬肉，第二天專門做了牛肉麪給我們，還幫小朋友打了作業單，細節做的特別到位，蝴蝶蘭是真花，捲紙和家裡用的一樣，泡澡球味道很好聞，感覺很有家的氛圍，還被種草了燒水壺……可惜假期太短了，我好想長住幾天，一定還會再來的

入住悦宿山瀾酒店兩晚，感覺非常棒。能體會到老闆的用心經營，每名服務人員都很敬業也很專業。酒店位置好，緊鄰梅子湖公園、觀景台，離茶馬古道夜市也不遠，去哪都很方便，住宿又很安靜。民宿本身就是打卡點，設計很時尚。入住後，又給房間升了級，很貼心。以後來普洱還會來，五星好評！

不愧是網紅酒店，在一個山坡上，緊挨着梅子湖公園，環境很好。管家會安排火車站接送，每天晚上會在微信上提醒選擇早餐和晚間甜品的安排。住店客人點咖啡可以打9折。可以進一步提升的，一個是早餐種類單調了一些，基本就是兩類（米線套餐和粥套餐）輪流選；另一個是前台可以點的咖啡和簡餐經常到了下午就缺貨不能點了。整體還是不錯的，三層露台有很大的空間可以躺着坐着發呆，還有個小小的健身房。

剛進入酒店就覺得很漂亮環境很好，到房間後更是驚喜，卸粧濕巾，蒸汽眼罩都準備了. 房間很舒適，很乾凈. 管家很熱情，每個人都是笑臉相迎，親切打招呼. 細節加分，服務加分！ 來普洱選這裏絕對不會錯！
