This is a place you don’t want to miss. The location couldn’t be better if you like to wake up to a breathtaking view of the sun coming up over the horizon and reflecting on Lake Titicaca. All the rooms face the lake so every guest has a view. The staff went out of their way to make our stay great. My husband and I wanted to make our room cooler but couldn’t change the thermostat. We asked the front desk for help and they provided us a room chiller and fan that resolved the issue. I especially appreciated the restaurant manager, Hugo. He made us feel like king and queen and accommodated our preferences and requests.
