Xingchen Qingya Seaview Hotel (Shilaoren Beach Branch)

I will probably not choose this hotel again next time I travel. Let me briefly talk about my stay experience. I have stayed in several other hotels nearby. This is the second bad experience. 1. This hotel is not a hotel but a B&B. The room uses a mini program instead of handing over the room card. If you just hand over the room card and leave, you will have to wait to be charged for overtime and be deducted. 2. The bathroom does not have a hair dryer. If you wash your hair with long hair, you will be screwed without a hair dryer. 3. The table is large and there are sockets next to it. This is okay, but you have to pay for the charger that comes with the hotel. 4. Because it is a B&B, I have to pay a 100 yuan deposit. I stayed in room 1704. The quality of the cabinet was very poor and old and defective, so I locked the door when I opened the cabinet. The device is broken as shown in the picture and this small plastic stick requires me to pay 100 yuan. Is this a form of bullying? I think everyone has different opinions. Although the customer service attitude is very good and the cleaning is very clean, the living experience is really poor. There are many hotels near the bathhouse. I will not choose this one next time.

It was a bad experience to stay in a B&B, but it was average. It says it will be newly opened in 2024, but in fact the room looks old and I don't know why. The following is the check-in experience: 1. As shown in the picture, there is no light switch on the bedside, which is really uncomfortable. 2. The bed was only covered with thin cloth. When I was lying down, I could feel the round ones that should be springs. It was really uncomfortable. In the end, I could only cover half of the bed with a quilt. 3. The towels are disposable face towels and will not be evaluated. 4. When I took a shower at night, there was no hot water. It was there when I washed my hair in the morning, but it disappeared at night. I don’t know why. Although I can wash it, the feeling should be warm water slightly lower than body temperature. It feels like cold water, and the bathing experience is uncomfortable. 5. The sound insulation is poor. The house I live in is equivalent to a house divided into two rooms. There will be an aisle in the middle. When the residents of the other room come back at night, the sound when walking in the aisle is really loud. 6. Different rooms have good and bad qualities. They should be randomly assigned. I came with a friend and got two single rooms. I heard him say that he had an induction cooker and a refrigerator. I didn’t.

這個價位來講的話，性價比還是很高的。幾十塊錢要啥自行車，關鍵是服務挺到位，房間也比較乾淨，住酒店真的就圖一個乾淨，應該是剛開的，設施還不是特別完善。不過這都是小問題，也跟我説了設施啥的也在一步步完善.以後就是我的定點外出根據地了，強烈推薦！

這個價位就住在美高梅隔壁，就説這個性價比是不是絕絕子。一睜眼就是這樣的美景，心情美麗一整天。位置在商圈裡麪，出行購物不要太方便，溜達一下就到海邊，而且酒店設施齊全，房間乾淨整潔，房間打掃及時，服務周到。能找到這麼完美的民宿酒店，不愧是我！

酒店前台小姐姐很貼心，回消息也很快，房間乾淨整潔，海景房可以看到海哦∽推薦推薦，離海邊很近走路就可以到，酒店位置離地鐵站非常近，出去玩很方便，推薦哦∽

性價比ok的，房間很乾凈，睡的很舒服
