Fabulous service from the front desk to restaurant waiters/waitresses. Everyone works hard to help us enjoy the vacation in the hotel. We have a very good time there. Highly recommend.

十一期間帶着孩子們去洗温泉並住在温泉酒店，服務人員態度非常好，入住酒店送果籃，退房還送打包果盤！休息區水果免費，洗護用品俱全，就是房間稍微小了一點。晚餐選擇温泉酒店自助，這個真心很一般，早餐在旁邊皇冠假日酒店，非常非常棒👍🏻。孩子們很喜歡泡温泉，下次還回去的！

海景房可以看見日出，聽見海浪聲，出門走兩步就可以進温泉，入住此酒店温泉可無限次進出，早晨9點到晚上11點，一般晚上10點多就開始放水了，第二天早上8點多開始進水，9點可以泡首湯，付費spa也很舒服。入住送了很多，水果、飲料、摩天輪票～

酒店服務很好，交通便利、停車方便，海景房、有海灘環境也好，房間樓下就是温泉，泡温泉舒服可以無限次，還有孩子玩的池子、滑梯，大人、孩子玩的都開心，服務體驗也不錯、有果籃飲料，下次再來玩。

挺好的，環境不錯，疫情期間旅遊的人比較少，但是服務各方面都不錯，酒店大堂經理人非常好，去住温泉酒店，可以無限次的泡温泉，很划算，温泉很舒服，乾淨，衞生，交通也很便利，停車非常方便，水上樂園更是孩子們的天堂～

即墨雖然離青島站有些偏遠，約50公里，但交通還是很方便，高鐵出站乘坐地鐵3號線☞2號線☞11號線☞水泊站下車☞約個滴滴打車10元送到酒店門口，有專業的接待人員，提行李箱安排入住酒店，入住後介紹酒店環境設施，免費送摩天輪觀光卡，坐摩天輪欣賞，海泉灣海洋酒店大海景色！免費送早餐券，水果，24小時服務，隨叫隨到，服務態度至上！做到賓至如歸，床單被罩絕對舒服！住的海景房，站在陽台上，吹着微風看着大海，聽着海浪🌊聲，還有露天温泉！心情愉悦舒暢！換好泳衣，進入室內温泉游泳，熱熱身後，帶孩子去水上遊樂園玩玩，適應環境後，可自行活動，泡温泉，游泳🏊，水上樂園，划船等！配備能量汗蒸床，養生服務花樣較多，（自費項目）温泉不限時間不限次數！24小時開館享受！配備花果茶水，純凈水，午餐晚餐限時間，因為淡季，客源低，飲食花樣不是很多，口味不同，無法評價，希望酒店可以跟進一下！總體感覺不錯！

酒店服務很好，帶着長者和孩子去的。一樓就可以泡温泉，三樓住宿。房間很大，面朝大海，春暖花開。
去的時候天氣很好，可以在陽台上看日出。好美。
遊玩攻略：
下午入住酒店，泡温泉。
遊玩到晚上七點左右。三個小時可以把所有項目玩一遍。
吃晚餐（説實話，質量很差，能吃飽）早點休息吧，房間裏電視信號很差。
五點半起床（根據日出時間），看日出。～看完後，接着睡吧。
等家人起來後，去隔壁酒店吃早餐（很豐富）
隨後等10點，再去泡温泉，把想玩的再在玩一次（剛開門，人少）。
退房，然後步行去海邊摩天輪。
