I forgot to take pictures of the family room. The only drawback is that the room is not big. It is exactly the same size as the twin room, but one of the beds is larger than the twin room (2 beds are 1.3 meters, one is 1.3 meters and the other is 1.5 meters). The overall environment is good, the room is comfortable, and the service staff is warm and thoughtful.

We arrived at the hotel early and the hotel room was fully booked the night before. We arrived in the morning and understood that the hotel room was not cleaned well. However, the front desk receptionist patiently explained to us and poured us hot tea. 🍵Knowing that we were very tired after staying up all night, we upgraded the room and checked in quickly. During the whole process, there was no indication of upgrading the room. We thought the room was ready. When we checked out, we specifically asked and found out that the room was not cleaned well. As good as always, I have visited this hotel many times, the sanitary environment, facilities and services are all very good, the service attitude of the handsome guy at the front desk is warm and thoughtful, the waiter on the 17th floor serves with a smile, and he is meticulous and responsive to every request. First, the hotel can use facial recognition, but the front desk did not record the system, so you can only swipe the card to enter the room. You can't say that the front desk service is bad. From the moment I entered the hotel, the front desk answered everything I asked, and didn't take the initiative to tell me. It's like they are in a hurry. It's not my hotel, how can I know everything. Second, there is no response when the exhaust fan in the room bathroom is turned on. The hotel said that this is the case, and I don't know if it is true or not. I have never seen such an exhaust fan without any sound or response. Third, the hotel breakfast is quite expensive, but there is really nothing delicious. The cost performance is very low. I don't even want to take pictures. There are stir-fried dishes, but there is no seaside feature at all, just stir-fried green vegetables, cauliflower, etc. Fourth, on the last day, no one cleaned the room! ! I clearly pressed the button for immediate cleaning at more than two o'clock in the afternoon, and the front desk also called me to ask if I needed cleaning. I said yes, but when I got home at 9 o'clock in the evening, no one had cleaned it, and the trash can was not emptied. 5. Every day someone delivered a piece of fruit. I didn't eat it the day before. When I got home, I found that the orange was gone and a new apple was replaced. The aunt who delivered the fruit refused to admit that she took the old one because no one had cleaned my room that day. I was traveling alone and was afraid that someone else had entered my room. But the aunt refused to admit that she took the old one. I asked to check the surveillance. The aunt said it was okay, but I had to go to the front desk. I said yes, go and apply. The aunt kept saying that it was impossible for someone to enter my room. Her hotel was very safe. She just didn't check the surveillance for me. She talked to me for more than 20 minutes and suddenly said that she took the old one when she delivered the new fruit!!! I even opened my suitcase in front of the aunt to prove that I didn't hide the missing fruit. The aunt also searched the trash can. How disrespectful!!! I felt that I had to prove that I took the fruit or ate it, and then I forgot. Someone was temporarily asked to clean up for me, but the old bed sheets and quilt covers were not taken away and were left in my room all night. So speechless. 5. The surrounding communities, roads, and even viaducts are under construction and repair. It's very noisy. I live on the 20th floor and it's still very noisy. I guess it will take some time for the renovation to be completed.

The waiters are very nice and have a good attitude However, the room is a non-smoking room, but there is a smell of smoke. I don’t know if there is smoke coming in from other rooms. I hope it can be a non-smoking floor, which would be better.
