國內外住過無數五星級酒店，每到一個地方玩都會搜遍當地所有酒店，這次被女神浪漫大床房吸引住了，兩邊全落地玻璃把江景盡收眼底，訂房前衹看了照片，入住後完全沒有失望，下次來清遠還是會訂希岸的女神浪漫大床房，性格比超高，光是景觀就值回房價，小孩對房間的浴缸很滿意，浴缸跟淋浴建在一起，怎麼玩都不會弄濕房間，小孩住希岸女神浪漫大床房比住芊麗酒店玩得更開心，酒店對面的沿江公園很漂亮，適合慢慢散步，前台客服熱情有禮，房間打掃乾淨，酒店設施雖然比不上芊麗，但這個景觀還是值得再來。

換了两間歇性次房間，最後才換到一間沒什有煙味的房間。
因為個人本來對味道比較敏感，加上帶著孩子。 麻煩也要換一下。

服務：前台的小姐姐服務態度很好，辦理入住已經覺得很暖，服務很到位，看到帶着小孩入住還送了水果，主動提供小孩的一次性拖鞋，牙刷，酒店住過很多，這家的服務真的很贊。
環境：房間正對江邊，房間的裝修也很高檔，超級無敵大江景，很贊。
總體很滿意，小朋友也很開心。
衞生：衞生也好，房間無異味。

江景非常不錯，設施也很新，健身房很棒。不過服務距離高檔酒店還是有些距離。可能三四線城市要求不高，不過還是希望前台人員能夠提高服務意識。另外門口有家農家樂還不錯可以試試。

從房價200多的時候就一直支持，房費陸續上漲就算了，服務越來越差，平均每個月會訂四五次給外地來的朋友住，今天房間酒櫃的燈是壞的，前台拿房也不主動告知，凌晨1點發現燈關不了，打給前台，前台説要找師傅來修，明知道有問題還給這個房間？大半夜難道我要等你們師傅來修燈？也沒有説主動幫我們換個房間！差評！

從入住到退房，工作人員都很耐心禮貌。整個團隊都很貼心，房間也很乾凈整潔，面積夠大的。第一次選擇住希岸deluxe酒店印象不錯，江景房景觀一流，下次一定還會來。退房後酒店的經理鄭小姐還專門回訪我的入住感受，很注重賓客體驗，會推薦朋友來

環境很好，裝修風格住的很喜歡。酒店配備了空氣凈化器，對於新酒店來説很人性化。酒店自助早餐也還不錯，服務員很主動，各種菜品吃完了立馬加。離市中心也很近。下次來旅遊還會選擇住在這裏。
