our room needs a new microwave and a new refrigerator and parking if hard to find if you have a late check in.

Room is spacious with a desk and chair, heater is working well, Safeway is right across, fridge and microwave are useful, convenient walkable location to a lot of eateries, Sundial Bridge.

Beautiful, clean room! Comfortable bed. Had problems with the handicap shower but decided we just might not know how to use it. Though we didn’t have a wheelchair, I noticed that there was plenty of room for one. Would definitely recommend this stay!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Convenient location which is close to attractions. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Room was close to staircase so didnt needa walk a lot to get to our car.

The bedding was dirty and smelled bad. I realize the comforters don't always get changed, which is gross but we usually just pull them off, but the sheets had dirty spots all over them and smelled awful. There was something smeared on the comforters. We ended up using our own blankets and pillows. Also, the floors hadn't been swept in a while an the towels smelled worse than the bedding. We arrived late, around 11pm and had to park behind the building, which was super sketchy with people lingering around. After we got home, I realized my car had been keyed. This is not really a fault of the establishment but sharing a parking lot with a bar could maybe be resolved. Maybe bar patrons should have to park behind the bar and the motel parking lot should only be for those patrons. Just a suggestion. We live in southern Oregon but are from central California and travel to and from quite a bit. Will definitely not stay here again.

The reservation we had was given away on a Friday night, despite my calling to say we were arriving late. I'm in a wheelchair so 2nd floor didn't work. Called sister motel and saved queen bottom room for us. We rushed over. Then didn't have room? Gave us 2 double, 1 slept in. We slept in the other. That was all they had. We took it. All that took hours. Morning manager was VERY apologetic about it all. We will give another chance here.

I was surprised by an extra deposit at the hotel. It left me desperate to find another one. This is the first time I had a bad experience. When I used this app before, the deposit was already included in the cost to rent the rooms. Now it doesn't? I ended up cutting my trip short and missing our on a really good business opportunity. I was pissed.

No smoking policy but The room smells like smoke as I walked in which made me hesitant about everything else , I found hair in the bed also , towels have stains aswell . There is not much to say about the complimentary coffee , they could add the small milk stuff atleast . Guy at desk did his job in explaining the deposit and everything but is very slow and not too welcoming.

Didn’t know what to expect from the outside and was a little disappointed there was no complimentary breakfast but the room was nice, bed and blankets were really decent and in general it was an enjoyable stay

I checked back in 2 days later cuz I needed somewhere to stay cuz I’m inbetween places right now and the manager came to my room and told me I need to leave because he “saw” 2 people go into “my room” when in fact it was not me and there was only us 2 in the room

This is my second time staying at this hotel. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The hotel is centrally located, the staff is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and nicely decorated. The restaurant on site - Lulu's has delicious breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All of this for an affordable rate.
